My wife and I have stayed in Sandestin many times over the years, and decided to head down for a quick get away.

Unfortunately, Seaside II was under renovation, and noise was constant throughout the complex. It would have been nice to know this before making the reservation Platinum Services of Destin.

The unit had a nice view, but was difficult to enjoy due the noise.

TV's in this unit were substandard, and should have at least a larger TV in the main living area. A small 27" was about it.

The room was great, but had a couple of issues. It had nice furnishings and decor. Plenty of room for 6 people. Very clean and didn't see any bugs. A few things need fixing though. The master bath really sucked. The bathtub hardly drained, so you were standing in 6 inches of water during a shower. It was also missing a panel in the front side making it look broken and very ghetto. Elevators were slow and had no AC, so by the time you reached the bottom you were soaked in sweat. The Elevator was a slow metal hot box, full of people. A big inconvenience was the beach. For some reason only Beachside 1 bldg had a private section for its guest and they had plenty of room. Beachside 2 didn't have any private section. We were jammed packed together with the whole resort while Beachside 1 had plenty of room and they wouldn't let anyone in if you weren't staying there. We have stayed in both bldgs and they are the same so we should have been alowed to sit with Beachside 1. The view is awesome though.

The condo was described and well represented in the description and photographs. One thing that wasn't mentioned was the well-stocked beach item closet. From a couple beach chairs and an umbrella to sand buckets and toys for the kids to boogie boards, we didn't have to go buy any of that thanks to the inventory of items in the closet!

The condo and surrounding area were up to our expectations and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

The only bad thing that I can say is the bathrooms could be taken care of better. The rest of the condo was in great condition. The view was beautiful. My family and I really enjoyed ourselves.

Condo clean with great view. Drain in master tub still not draining but everything was clean. Lots of towels but only one roll of paper towels provided. 72 degrees in July makes sleeping at night warm. Overall good place with great access to beach. FYI no beach chairs provided unless booking through SanDestin resort.

Totally not worth the price!!!!! Unit Desperately needs up date. Rugs in bedrooms need replacing as they were black (original color beige?), ceiling peeling, door to outside patio, needed painting, entry door weather stripping coming away from door. We felt so uncomfortable we left early.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Beachside II. The unit was well stocked, comfortable, and clean. There were five adults and one child in our group, and we had plenty room.
The view from our 17th floor unit was great! It was wonderful to have a huge window in the master bedroom that also overlooked the ocean — and an added bonus that the window opens slightly on both sides.
We experienced a leak during our stay, due to an incredible amount of rainfall. However, the management company was VERY quick to respond.
No complains here. Everything was wonderful!

Our vacation was wonderful and great weather. The condo - 4362 Beachside II could use some upgrading. The queen guest bed squeaked anytime you moved. The keyless entry didn't work well. You literally had to put your body into to open the door. The main shower was clogged and my husband cleaned out gross stuff. The dining rooms chairs are falling apart. The coffee maker is probably from 1980's along with the bedroom furniture. View was beautiful. Inside of condo not so much. I did email someone about the door and NEVER heard a word from anyone.

This condo is very nice- there were only a few minor flaws. the kitchen is not very well equipped with things to cook with such as pots/pans but we made do. also there was a tile missing from the front of the bathtub and it was not very appealing behind there. Otherwise everything was clean and worked for our stay- the distance to the beach was great and we enjoyed the views.

Beachside Two was the perfect location for the wedding we attended. Since we were busy with the wedding, we cooked our meals and the kitchen was supplied with all our needs. We absolutely loved the balcony since it was so big we felt comfortable with all of us hanging out on the balcony.

After our original plans for our twin boys’ senior trip were cancelled. We got together with some of their friends and all booked properties in this area so the kids could hang out as well as the adults. It was a great trip and the condo was excellent!

Can't beat the location! The unit is directly on the beach! Just hop on the elavator & a few steps to the private boardwalk and you're on the beach!! Our balcony had a perfect view of the beach. The location was wonderful. The unit itself was a little disappointing. The smell of fish was overwhelming when we first got there. Lingered all week. We used candles and air fresheners to help but it didn’t do much for it.
The kitchen cabinets were sticky and pans and silverware were not clean.

The location is great for the beach. Literally, walk out onto the beach from the building. Pool is nice as well and was a good alternative to the ocean.

We really enjoyed the condo and all that it had to offer. The condo was clean as well as the property. The manager of this facility provided excellent service and was available the moment we called. The balcony was right on the beach. We were close to the mall and Baytowne Wharf which is amazing. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon.

everything was great. the only thing and you have nothing to do with it, i rented two umbrellas for week, thought they were $190.00 each but my credit card bill shows they charged me $270.00 each, a significant difference and i do not know how to get in touch with them can you help in this matter. thank you, steve

We got there around 1:00 pm and we were asked to pay $75 if we want to enter the unit before 3:00 pm, or we can wait until after 3:00 pm with no additional fees. We got to the condo around 3:30 pm, however, we were informed that the room is still not ready.

I have been to Sandestin a half dozen times but hadn't been for 10 years. It's still lovely and well kept with a courteous and friendly staff. The early off-season is great time to visit for couples and adults because the weather is still nice and it in't so crowded.

I couldn't have asked for a better location for our condo this year. We were 20 minutes from all the action in Destin one way & 20 minutes from family the other way. The staff were very professional and helpful. Our biggest complaint was having to leave the Beach. :)

I would highly recommend Beachside condos. The maintenance and office personnel went above and beyond to make our stay a pleasant one. The condo was very nice and roomy.

We enjoyed the condo's layout and location. The only thing I wish was different was having a door to separate the master bedroom from the master vanity. We would stay at this condo again.

The room was very nice great view to the beach the first night there we saw fireworks on the beach we had a great time we really needed to getaway for a nice little vacation oh and also the rental was close to all the shops and restaurants we loved and I'm ready to come back

The condo was perfect. Our only issue was the construction going on at the condo while we were there, so it was a little annoying. Great Location. We ate at the Beach House that had just opened next door and the food was horrible and WAY overpriced!!

We had a great time. Second time to rent this unit. Last time was two years ago. We noticed that it was showing some wear and tear. Marks on walls. Shower curtain kept falling down. Caulking around tub was shrinking (afraid water would get behind it). Otherwise, just as we expected.

We had a great time. Second time to rent this unit. Last time was two years ago. We noticed that it was showing some wear and tear. Marks on walls. Shower curtain kept falling down. Caulking around tub was shrinking (afraid water would get behind it). Otherwise, just as we expected.

We have dealt with Platinum Services for a number of years and have found them to be professional and responsive to any and all problems. Our latest rental was fine and the complex is well maintained.

This condo was absolutely outstanding. Great week for me, wife, 5 year old and a baby. 17th floor provides great views but you can still hear the ocean. There are neighbors on only one side and we never heard them all week. Convenient parking garage right at the bldg. No complaints at all.

Couldn't ask for a better place to stay. The condo was great. The only issue we had was the long wait for the elevator up or down and using the stairs to get to the 17th floor was out of the question.

We had a late arrival at our condo which didn't allow us to do the regular check-in, but surprisingly, when we arrived at the resort, it was very quick and easy for us to get in the gate, get our parking passes, and get settled in. The location was perfectly located by several grocery storespecially as well as the outlets! However, the condo itself was very well decorated and made our stay that much enjoyable. I would def recommend this condo to any guests and will absolutely keep it in my mind when we return next year.

This is a 17th story unit at Beachside II. Positives - very well decorated, essential supplies provided (toilet paper, basic shampoo, silverware, cups, dishes etc). Comfortable beds. Clean as a pin when we arrived.

Negatives - The wifi in the building is non-existent. Horrible signal with no connectivity. The air units struggle to keep the condo cool especially in the MBR. The elevators in Beachside II are way under capacity on busy weekends. you will wait forever!

Condo was comfortable, but showing some age. Walls needed touching up,etc. The location was great, but the elevators were frustrating. Needed more than two elevators for that many floors. At times it took 20 minutes to get to the 17th floor or down. Kids would push all the buttons making the elevator stop on every floor. Overall, good place for the money

Staff was extremely helpful and accommodating,even though we arrived late. Our check-in experience was seamless in spite of this. Location great and easy access to everything.
