Make the absolute most of your family vacation in this beautiful 3 bedroom / 4 bath two story home with a bonus bunk bedroom. With over 4000 sq ft of living space and sleeping accommodations for 15 people, this home is great for large groups or families! There are two living spaces; a media/family room and a large living room with multiple seating arrangements. A large formal dining room that will easily accommodate 12, beautiful galley kitchen, master bedroom and bathroom, and the guest bedroom and bathroom! Located in a quiet, tucked away corner of the Resort and nestled among towering pines, this home offers plenty of parking for your entire group and is the 'only' vacation rental on the Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort that allows parking for your water craft or trailers.

There are two large master suites in this fabulous home, one is upstairs and one is downstairs. The downstairs master has a king size bed and a twin sleeper sofa. It also includes a TV and DVD player plus a large master bath with double vanities and a soaking tub.

The second bedroom has a king bed plus it's own private bath. It also comes with a TV and DVD player. Upstairs, you will LOVE the 3rd bedroom which is also the 2nd master suite. It boasts a king sized bed, a queen sleeper sofa, a game table and living area plus a full bath! It also has it's own TV and DVD player

Additionally, the upstairs has a bonus bunk room with 2 extra long built in bunk beds, equipped with a TV with a DVD player. In the family room, there is also a queen sleeper sofa, a flat screen TV as well as another large table for family games or pizza while watching TV.

The home is only a short walk from the community pool and has a spacious outside patio with a new grill, table and chairs, and comfortable loungers. All of this plus a fully appointed kitchen and you will have one vacation you'll want to remember for years to come!

I loved the house. There was plenty of room for everyone (14 of us). I loved the location to everything. The golf cart was a great bonus. I only have two suggestions. One, put the sleeper sofa and daybed in the front living room for more privacy. Second, I would take out the bathtub in the master suite and put in a walk in shower ( we had to use the shower that was across from the kitchen). I would highly recommend this house and would rent it again.

The home was beautiful clean and well stocked we couldn't really get the golf cart to work properly but when we finally got it to charge they brought a new dead one while we were gone the coffee maker did not work..but overall get experience the home was great but the traffic in tht area was horrific

We had a great stay in the rental. It was spacious and fit everyone of my family members. We have only four complaints and or improvements to suggest. 1.) the rugs throughout the house hurt our feet. 2.) the fridge door always slung open 3.) one of the bedrooms had a hard bed 4.) the gulf card barely ran it was very slow. I did forget a personal item and they called me and promptly sending it to me. That was great of them!

We rented this home for a small family reunion with our adult children and grandkids. We absolutely loved the house and the grandkids loved having the upstairs as their own area where they could all play together. The staff at Platinum was fantastic and provided us with so much information about the area and things to do during our stay. Nicole really knows her stuff! The golf cart was a huge plus and made getting to the beach, the grocery store, and The Villages of Baytowne Wharf a breeze! We had such a wonderful time, we are going to make this an annual trip with the family.

Great square footage and lot. House needs renovating not just new paint and pictures. Not the best layout. No total privacy for any guest. Home could be absolutely stunning with the right owners. Golf cart issues that were addressed quickly. Golf cart just needs replaced with 6 seater minimum or 2 four seater for size of home. Nice porch and outdoor area. Wonderful dining table.

We had a great week!. Everone enjoyed the spacious, homey atmosphere. There was plenty of sleeping room for all of us and lots of pillows and comfy blankets. The house is very well stocked (especially the kitchen) and the golf cart is an added bonus.(The only minus is that the toilet in the first floor common area was leaking around the base and required constant use of towels.)

This was the second time staying at this rental. Overall we were pleased with our stay. The only issue we had was the fridge not keeping our stuff cool but it was looked into quickly.

We enjoy staying at 24 Sandestine Estate Drive very much. The neighborhood is very safe and the neighbors are all lovely. Anytime we needed help with something in the house maintenance showed up promptly and always interacted and took care of any needs.

The house location was great, the house itself could not have been better for our family of 13. I liked the little bathroom bags and welcome beach buckets they left us. The golf cart that was on the property was so nice to have..the kids loved taking rides. The house looks just as nice in person as it does in the pictures. The only suggestion is...because we ended up using all pull out took a while to find the sheets to use for those beds and the sheets were not fresh smelling. So maybe have those extra sheets available at eyes view and fresh when a big family books this house. Besides that the whole family really loved this place and I wouldn't think twice about rebooking if we visited Destin in the future. Thanks!!!

The house was very spacious and comfortable. Great location. However, the photos on the website need to be updated. It looked quite different in person, especially the day bed we were expecting to be 'inside' the Master bedroom was actually outside of the Master (in the living area).
The refrigerator needs to be looked at, the door does not stay closed (seal may need replacing?).

This house was amazing. We were 14 and had enough bedding to sleep. The house also had large pots and pans for large family meals. We enjoyed the having access to the beach within 1 to 2 miles!!!!! The agency managing the rental house was great and I never had a problem with them. We never had the time to enjoy the patio since the house had plenty of seating sofas and televisions.

It was very easy to get access to the house and it was in a good location and close to the golf course and pool. We had stayed at this particular house before - it is nice and big lots of room for everyone. it could use a little updating (especially the furniture) but overall it was very nice and clean. We had a problem with the wi-fi at first - but it was fixed quickly.

We rented this house with my parents and my husbands parents. We had a total of 7 people and we had plenty of room! The house has a very "unique" layout and at times was difficult for the "elders" to walk into the kitchen because it was raised. The pool is quite a walk, but you can always hop in your car and get there too! the neighborhoods are gorgeous and it gives you a residential feel rather than a vacation feel. There are small flaws within the house, but we were told it was one of the oldest houses in the community (nearly 30 years old!). Overall, it was a beautiful home and we enjoyed our stay at 24 Sandestin Estates.

This was a nice home to stay at. The cooks in the family wished for better pots and pans. The downstairs bedrooms were large but were connected so that 1 couple had to go through the other couple's bedroom and bathroom to get to the rest of the house. The master bedroom had no shower and the toilet needed a door for privacy since others had to use the bathroom as a hallway. Had to clean some bugs and trailmix that was left in the second floor window box. Community pool could get a little crowded. Owner of home was moving a car into the garage. That is what we were told. It was a little uncomfortable because we were not certain this was legitimate. It would have been better to be notified of this in advance, so we knew to expect it. General cleanliness and comfort was good. Rooms were large.
Was quiet, trash was picked up every morning.

We rented this house in Destin for a family getaway. It had lots of space for large parties. It was clean and stocked with everything we needed. We arrived early, and was aloud to check in early. The keyless entry was easy to use and the staff at Platinum was very helpful and answered all of our questions. This was my 1st time renting thru Platinum as we rent thru to resort every year. I will definitely rent thru Platinum again!!!

My family of 11 that included my grandmother to my nephew of five loved this house with so much room that everyone could be together in one room or spread out to get peace was perfect!! Would stay here again for sure!!

Six adults and three small children spent an enjoyable week at this house. Plenty of room even though the layout was not optimal it worked out well for us. A house is usually built for a single family and the layout does not lend itself to individual privacy for each of 3 families but we are a family that may desire but does not require absolute privacy. Spent time on the beach, rode bikes, ate too much and had a great time.

My visit was amazing!!!! I celebrated my 40th birthday with 14 of my girlfriends! The house was perfect and SO spacious, clean and well decorated!! I will be back and refer people to this property! Thank you for a lovely experience!

We loved the home! The layout worked perfect for our family! Great location and wonderful neighborhood. We took our furry pals on long walks and chatted with the neighbors.

The house was very nice and large. We had plenty of room for our family of 10. We loved that we had a dining table to fit the whole crowd!! Everyone had their own space. We did have a problem with the condensation line on the A/C but as soon as we reported it -- the problem was fixed. It is an older home but was nice and clean and beds were very comfortable and A/C was very good. Our family had a great vacation here and will be back!!

Nice location, very spacious house. The layout is really odd. Be sure that you are really close to the people you stay with because you have to go through the main bed/bath to get to the other bedroom. If you are a cook, this is NOT the house for you. We brought a lot of food to cook so we would not have to go out a lot with the kids. The pots/pans are very old, warped and scraped. There was food stuck on them when I got them out of the cabinet. I love to cook, and needed good cookware/utensils to prepare our food, and that was not an option at this house. Also, not BBQ grill was a major negative for us. The house is dated and somewhat cluttered with nick-nack type things, but overall it was o.k.

A group of wine professionals have rented 24 Sandestin Estates two consecutive years. It is the perfect location and great for entertaining. I would highly recommend this fine property.
