This woodlands golf oasis is located in the Fairways community of Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort. Features 2 bedrooms with a loft and 3 full bathrooms, this 2 story villa is great for any relaxing getaway for the entire family! Nestled directly on the 6th Hole of The Links golf course of Sandestin, enjoy the beautiful and relaxing views of the fairways and near-by Choctawhatchee Bay, yet be close enough to the pool, beaches, shopping and restaurants.

Downstairs you will find the Master suite with a King bed and private bathroom and a guest bedroom with two twin beds and nearby full bathroom. On the second floor, there is a loft with a balcony overlooking the living room with two twin beds with a full bathroom nearby. All rooms come equipped with flat screen TV's for everyone’s entertainment. The open floor plan has the kitchen looking right out into the dining and living room. On the back patio, enough seating for the entire family while grilling hamburgers & hotdogs on those warm summer nights.
Right off of the dining room sits your main living area with plenty of seating for family and friends. Spacious yet cozy the couch includes a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping arrangements. This home is located in a great location on The Links and with very limited bay views. Overall we had a good stay but this place could use some updating. Even minor items would make it better. It needs a new coffee pot and blender. Both are old and grimy. I had to clean both before we could use them and this seems a very minor investment in customer satisfaction. The pots are also very old and beat up. The shower door in the MBR does not slide well. The washer/dryer are in the kitchen & <br/> washer makes so much noise you can't hear anything when it is running. And you can't run it at night because the upstairs loft is open. That open loft is not worth counting as an extra BR because we would whisper downstairs and they could hear everything so any little noise would wake them in the loft. I would only consider this as a 2BR. The carpet on the stairs is loose and is an extreme trip/slip hazard. My daughter was pregnant and I was worried every time she had to go upstairs. There are just a lot of little things that could be so much better with a little investment and TLC. I should not have to pay that amount for a summer vacation and have a blender and coffee pot from 1980. On the other hand, the service from Platinum was great. We needed a new propane bottle and had one delivered within a couple of hours. This unit just needs a little love.

We shared this condo with other family is so comfortable, and convenient to all we like to do in Sandestin; the golf cart is a definite plus. The upstairs loft area is very roomy, and is great for extra family members. It has a huge closet & private bath. We will return.

Location was perfect...condo was clean...amenities inside were helpful...also appreciated allowing us to enter condo early due to previous move from another location. This was our second stay at 285 Fairways, and we plan to go again in two years. The only negative was the cookware, which has the nonstick surfaces badly scratched. Most people probably eat out a lot, but I prepared all of our breakfasts and most of our dinners, so it was especially noticeable to me. There were plenty of wooden, plastic and silicone spoons and spatulas, so someone else must have used metal for unknown reasons. Anyway, maybe replace those, and check them from time to time.

The unit was roomy, clean and convenient to the area attractions. TV's in every room and a well equipped kitchen. There was no outside lighting (light bulbs needed replacing) so it was dangerous trying to get in after dark. The sofa bed was so uncomfortable for sitting it was useless.

The house is great for four guests, six if privacy is not needed for the others. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. The property was relatively clean. I noticed a couple of things, but it didn't ruin the overall stay. I had to remember that I wasn't in a hotel. Location is absolutely wonderful - golf course the back yard and peaceful. Make sure to check out the amenities (I think free bike riding). Towels were provided.

The unit was perfect which was spacious enough for my family. Awesome backyard with grill with a view of the golf course. If you love fishing, you don't have to go far because you can fish inside the resort day and night. this resort is highly recommended for families and friends who wants to have a relaxing week.

We loved staying in this rental it was very relaxing and cal neighborhood the closest pool was a 5 min walk we enjoyed the nature around this house. It was clean and very well organized. We enjoyed everything that this vacation rental offered. We loved the Baytowne Wharf and also the accessibility to the beach and the pool near by. Everything was PERFECT! My family and I really recommend it!

We had a wonderful time. The Villa met all our needs. The villa location was just wonderful. The Sanddestin Golf and Beach Resort met our needs also. We would definitely consider coming back next year. We wished the weather would have been a little warmer with more sunny days. But we realize it was an unusual February weather. Our February Getaway was enjoyable and relaxing.

The condo was very nice, and it seemed newly renovated. The master bedroom was extremely comfortable. The only glitch was the lack of condiments (e.g. salt and pepper) and plastic cups for the patio. Also, the light on the patio was not working. <br/><br/>Thank you for accomodating us at the last minute for an extra night's stay. There was not any dishwasher detergent. Thus, we were unable to wash a load of dishes prior to departure.
