We had a wonderful time. Years ago we lived by this unit so we know the area. It is a quiet section right on Links golf course. We had 5 teenagers with us. The place was immaculate. We absolutely loved the 293 Fairways property. It was a perfect layout for our family and had everything thing we needed. The golf cart was just an added convenience for going to the beach, Baytowne, and shopping. We have been coming to Sandestin for 14 years and this property is definitely one of our favorites! We will look for it to be available on our next vacation!

The house was in great shape, the pictures do a good job portraying the place. The property description was very accurate, the location was good (kind of in the farther side from the beach- but you have the golf cart). Quiet neighbordhood. The property was clean and well mantained, the beds were comfortable, the house was really very nice. The customer service at platinum was amazing I contacted 3 times and they took care of my concern immediately, they answer my question, they send someone to help me with my problem. I will recommend this property to anybody who wants to come and enjoy the beutiful Sandestin. The pool that was close to the house - it was always very crowded. I wish there were beach folding chairs that you can bring with you in the golf cart - because for 4 chairs and umbrella at Sandestin (if you are not part of the hotel) you have to pay $200 a day. Or if you want to go to the rooftop pool for a cabana or 2 chairs and umbrella $200. The restaurants in Baythowne Wharf were great and convenient. The A/C in the unit works great (very important) for those summer days in Florida. I really enjoy this place and I felt that the people at Platinum vacations did a great job taking care of the place and us when we had any issues.

The weather was excellent.The house was in good condition with a perfect location on the golf course. The management was very good to work with. The only problem was roofers came over unannounced to put on a roof. The fire alarm kept going off one night which was an inconvenience until we got it stopped. The cooking utensils need to be updated. Otherwise a good experience.

We were in the Miramar Beach area for our son's basketball tournament. This unit was perfect for our family of seven. The only hiccup we had was the battery of the golf cart. The cable connection kept coming loose and the golf cart would go dead no matter how long it had been charging.

Our family has stayed in the Destin/30A area for several years, but this was our first time staying in Sandestin. The resort was wonderful. We loved the ability to utilize the golf cart to get to the grocery store, shopping, the fitness center, pools, the beach, etc. We will definitely stay in the Sandestin area again. The condo in comparison to other condos we have stayed in at similar price points is just okay. The location and golf cart were very nice. However, the condo itself worked, but in our opinion is over priced. For starters, the kitchen is stocked as well as you might expect, but there is hardly any organization to drawers, things are just thrown in drawers. The cleanliness of the condo was okay. There were cobwebs in the upper corners of the main living area. The bathrooms are all small and the one closest to the front door on the first floor has several marks/scuffs on the walls. The king bedroom bathroom, the shower did not drain properly our entire stay. There was only one spare blanket to be found in the entire condo. The propane on the grill was nearly out. We did appreciate the ability to bring our dogs. This was very nice, there were plenty of towels in the bathrooms, and it was a great location. Just at this price point, we would have expected a little more based on other properties we have stayed at in the surrounding area.

I did call the management company to ask about the golf carts battery, they were very nice and came right out to take a look. My only complaint was there was not much supplied to us at all. It would have been nice to have more trash bags, laundry detergent, dish washer detergent, coffee filters, beach towels. There were boogie boards, sand buckets and floaties for the pools. Overall though we enjoyed staying here.

Our first time in Sandestin and we will be back. Our condo had everything we needed. We loved the community and how friendly yet quite it was. The pools were great, the beach was beautiful and most everything was a golf cart ride away. Plenty of restaurants outside of the resort and Destin just down the road for excursions, fishing you name it.

This was my first visit to Destin, FL. I had pleasant experience in the rental place. All the cutlery were in good shape. There were not enough trash bags though. There were just 2. We had to buy more. Also, we were missing aluminum foil. The scissors were broken. Apart from that we had pleasant stay.

This rental was well worth the money spent. The unit was clean, nicely decorated, spacious, and conveniently located within the Sandestin Resort. The only thing we found wrong with the unit was the microwave. It did not have a handle other than that it was AWESOME!! I would highly recommend this unit. We had such a great time we plan on returning on an annual basis. Thank you!

Wonderful! We loved our Stay. Bed mattresses were so comfortable. Golf Cart made it more fun; else Bikes would be nice, if cost reduced. Close proximity to everything.
Couple Suggestions tho: 1) Be sure to clean up any dead bugs before day of arrival. 2) Provide an extra dishrag and dishtowel; there were plenty of Bath towels in every bathroom - no problem there.

Since this was our very first time to the resort, we had no idea what to do once we got there. The only thing that would have made our stay even better would be a "Top 10 things to do" or "Do these things first" kind of list. As in - where is the beach from here? where are the pools from here? Nearest grocery store, etc. Took us a bit to figure all of that out. Otherwise - everything was perfect!

I brought my 6 kids and one of their friends for a quick fall break stay, and wanted a place where they could all spread out, have their own space, and not be harassing each other. We all loved it! It was beautifully decorated (and I would love to find out where the sofa is from, please!), very clean, and very well stocked. Having the golf cart was a very big plus - the teenagers were able to go to Baytowne Wharf for an evening by themselves, and the rest of us took it out several times to go there, as well.

The beds were all very comfortable, and the linens were crisp and clean. I (and the older kids) liked having the rental agency's app on our phones, so we always had access to the lock code, and received a few helpful tips and reminders during our stay. I love it when companies make it so easy! I honestly can not say one negative thing about our stay. The location was quiet, the views were fantastic, and it was one of the best trips ever. I would and absolutely will book it again. Thanks so much!

Our Thanksgiving '15 four-day staff at 293 Fairways was delightful helped in great part by perfect weather throughout - mid seventies with nice breezes and nary a cloud in the sky. We enjoyed the condo finding it comfortable, clean, and being on the sixth green of the Sandestin Links course facing east, a perfect location. Having a golf cart and bicycles as part of the rental was a plus. The loft with its spacious sofas and adjacent bedroom was just perfect for one of our children and three grandchildren ages 3,5, and 7. I would recommend this condo enthusiastically for a family desiring three bedrooms.

I loved this place. It was a great location, about 2 miles from the beach. And a very nice vacation home. I am taking one star away for 2 reasons. The washing machine was nasty. It smelled mold. Second the air conditioner wouldn't go below 70. That was fine for most of the house but the master bedroom stayed a little to warm.
