Our agent did a tremendous job in preparing us with timely emails and text messages. All of this information for check in and departure was very seamless and easy to follow. We have a brief outage with our keyless entry to the condo but as always, our agent was spot on and quickly resolved the issue. The facility was immaculate and the staff was was friendly and courteous. The only one very noticeable issue was the couches and bedding are in need of an upgrade. Clean but extremely springy and hard to get comfortable on. My family plans on returning next year and we can’t wait to get back. Kind regards

Hello, This is the second time we have stayed at this rental. We have rented 8 units in the last 11 months. This one previously in June. We love the location and layout however the property was somewhat dirty and unclean feeling this stay. There are rugs in the bathroom and kitchen that are filthy that should be thrown away and floors left bare. The unit is in need of a major deep clean. Several dishes, silverware, pots and pans, had to be re-washed when we went to use them. Someone had not cleaned well and put back in the drawer or cupboard. Furniture is showing wear and tear. We rented 6 different units through SanDestin this last year and found the units were cleaner. We truly like this location, ease of entry, staff, golf cart etc. but sadly will rethink it next time due to the unclean feeling. I do realize it's hard to keep up with a summer rental but maybe the cleaning company should note these items. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your lovely home. SanDestin is one of our favorite places to visit and relax.

Thank you so much for your feedback! We like to keep to the highest standards of cleaning for our properties and apologize various areas were not in tip top shape. We will do better to make sure these standards are met! We have staff on site 7 days a week to address any concerns, as we want your stay to be nothing less than perfect! Deep cleans are scheduled in the late Fall. Our cleaning and inspection staff will be informed of the issues found to make sure these are not missed in the future. Hope to see you again real soon!

This condo has everything you need for a great stay! The view from the balcony and master bedroom are perfect! The pool, hot tub, and beach access are just seconds from your door. We loved the gold cart to zip over to Marina Bar and Grill. The property manager was amazing and let us in a few hours early! Already thinking about when we can come back!

We had a wonderful week at Beachside One! This property is starting to show some wear... coffee table and dining room table with lots of bad spots, cabinets in the master bath are starting to peel off around the doors. Also, need to do a run through and get new coasters...only one in the holder. The others were all gone/missing. Could use some new kitchen utensils. Some issue with the refrigerator! There is a note not to touch the setting but then we found it was in the coolest setting and our waters and cokes were freezing up. Not sure if maybe the cleaning team accidentally moved it?
The location is amazing! Private beach with a guard every day. Less congested than the nearby area for all Sandestin guests. Loved the new golf cart! Took many trips to the nearby restaurants!
Also, there were 2 umbrellas in the closet, but one was broken. Would be nice if a couple beach chairs were in there.

Great trip, highly recommend this unit and Platinum Vacations! Unit had everything we needed for a great vacation. Excellent layout, perfect view. Absolutely recommend Beachside 1 because of the private beach. We would not have been happy in the other areas with much more crowded beaches. Pool is amazing! Unit and entire property super clean! We used the golf cart every day and you could really park your car and not use it the entire trip if you wanted too. Unit could use some furniture and cabinet upgrades, as well as the golf cart, but it’s nothing that impacted our vacation at all. Platinum was very responsive and helpful for all questions. Highly recommend Sandestin, Beachside 1, Platinum Vacations and unit 4075!

This 4075 condo is in a great location on the beach. It was clean amd well decorated. The views were incredible. The management company was easy to work with. There was plenty of space on the beach because Beachside One only allows owners and guests to sit on the beach in front of the condo building. There are beach chairs in the closet we used and it was so easy to get to the beach. This condo building just finished renovation on the pool and deck. It’s lovely. We enjoyed the sunset from the pier deck and relaxing in the hot tub.
The sheets and towels were very soft. The A/C is pretty loud but cools off the condo well. The kitchen is well stocked with plates, glasses, serving items and more. We will be back.

This 4075 condo is in a great location on the beach. It was clean amd well decorated. The views were incredible. The management company was easy to work with. There was plenty of space on the beach because Beachside One only allows owners and guests to sit on the beach in front of the condo building. There are beach chairs in the closet we used and it was so easy to get to the beach. This condo building just finished renovation on the pool and deck. It&#x2019;s lovely. We enjoyed the sunset from the pier deck and relaxing in the hot tub. <br/>The sheets and towels were very soft. The A/C is pretty loud but cools off the condo well. The kitchen is well stocked with plates, glasses, serving items and more. We will be back.

Everything is close - food, shopping, etc - but once you are in the property it feels like you are in a remote island. The master bedroom floor to ceiling window is everything!!! Large closet & bathroom in master suite was a nice surprise.

Our vacation stay here was awesome. Pictures do no justice for the amazing view of the beach, not to mention the golf cart ride to the wharf. We will definitely be back here. The private beach was great, perfect amount of people to still get a good seat on the beach!

My wife and I have been fortunate enough to spend time in Sandestin for several winters now ( snowbirds ). This year we stayed in the Beachside One tower and were very pleased with the accommodations. We also appreciate our experience with the Platinum Services of Destin. They were friendly, attentive and made our stay extremely pleasant. In fact, we booked a return visit for next as we were leaving. It was a pleasure to work with Platinum Services of Destin.

The condo is beautifully appointed. Having the music playing as we entered the condo was a very nice touch - thank you to the housekeeping staff. The kitchen is well stocked and the furniture is quite comfortable. The dryer needs to be repaired; it dries but the noise is ear-splitting.

We have stayed with Platinum every summer in both Beachside One and Two. This is the nicest condo of all we have stayed in. The balcony is straight facing the beach so you can see both east and west and the pool which is WONDERFUL! Fully stocked kitchen, comfortable furniture. Right by the elevator which is convenient. King size bed very comfortable. And platinum is very fast with any issues. Oh, and the best part us the golf cart!
