This was one of the best VRBO experiences we’ve ever had. The accommodation was well updated, had very comfortable ammenities like the beds and pillows were very comfortable, and we were taken care of by the management company while we were there. The closet was stocked with beach toys and chairs and the golf cart was great to use (once we learned how to charge it appropriately ;) The location couldn’t be beat; the ocean view was incredible. The only improvement I would make is to provide beach towels... we had to use bath towels until we purchased our own beach towels.

The location is just as advertised with a beautiful view, excellent patio furniture, plenty of beach "stuff" for us to use with the short elevator ride & walk to the sandy shore. BEAUTIFUL pool & loved my morning ride in the golf cart to Starbucks with my daughter too.

We are excited to consider this property again for our 2024 Fall Break!

Everything about the visit was great. Condo was perfect....only thing that did not work properly was the was imediately replaced by staff. The owner leaves 4 beach chairs and an umbrella to be used by guests...great little extra. Golf cart was perfect. Overall excellent stay.

Community amenities at Beachside One are improving as well, so many renovations from last year. We used the grill and grill area as well, very nice. The huge ice machine on first floor is a great plus! The beach area in front of Beach Side One was not crowded at all, even with all the renovations at Beachside Two was very crowded (maybe because it’s closer to the Sandestin beach access). Only complaint I have is the bedroom alarm clocks, housekeeping should make sure they are off, one went off at 6:00 am on the Tuesday morning then the other 6:00 am on the Wednesday morning.

The condo was wonderful! We had everything we needed and even things we never had time to use. Beautiful views and a fantastic area. They have thought of everything to make your stay perfect. We’re hoping to come back next year. Only negative thing was the weather the first few days but we made the most of it.

We had a great experience. The unit was clean, beds were comfy, and the view was incredible. We really enjoyed the use of the golf cart. The only issues we had were small. We were told there would be patio furniture delivered during our stay so we had someone stay in the unit since all of our belongings were there. They were 4 hours late. So the day was kinda a bust. The master bedroom gets really warm compared to the rest of the unit. We had difficulty regulating that without freezing out everyone else. Overall though we had a great stay.

This place was perfect! Absolutely beautiful place with gorgeous ocean front views, and such easy beach access and pool access. From the time you leave your room until you are on the beach in your chair is literally like 5 minutes maybe. I am 8 months pregnant and we brought our 2 and 4 year olds with us and it was so easy and fast to get down to the beach and no big deal if you forgot something in the room or needed to go back up for a quick lunch. Perfect location and our kids slept in the twin beds just fine. I was happy to find a cot in their closet I actually ended up putting between their beds (fit there perfectly) in case the little one rolled out of the bed or something. Overall it was just amazing and we would 100% stay here again!

Beachside one number 4111 is a fabulous unit to rent we will be renting it again the property is in great shape the new pool and spa is excellent if I might add one thing they could use a couple more loungers at the pool area but the unit itself was great the golf cart added a lot to the stay we will highly recommend to anyone we know

We stay in this unit every year and it really feels like home now when we arrive. You will not find a better appointed beach closet and I'm so thankful the owner takes such great care of his unit. These are all the reasons we keep coming back!

I have rented many properties at Beachside 1 and by far, this was the best. Apparently, the unit was renovated, the kitchen was well equipped, and the unit was pristine. The only negative was we were not comfortable with the temperature in the bedrooms at night. It was rather warm and I could not tell if the vents were closed. I will definitely recommend 2111 to my friends.

It was clean, well equipped and in the perfect location. Our favorite part as always is the golf cart access. I was thoroughly impressed after coming to San Destin for 7 years in a row and this condo outdid all the one's before. I'm so glad we picked this one and we will definitely select this condo next time as well. Cleanest condo by far. I didn't feel gross walking barefoot on the floors or laying on the bedding (I am a clean-freak). Well done Conroy's!

This was our third visit to this area of Florida, but our first to Sandestin. What a great resort! The condo is in one of the older and smaller buildings on the beach, but the lobby and the condo itself has been nicely remodeled. The kitchen in particular was tip top and well stocked with all kinds of cookware and utensils. The condo is on the 11th floor at the end of the hallway, so it's extra quiet. The view is great, but the pool you see from the balcony belongs to the property next door. To get to the beach walkover you exit on the 2nd floor. To get to the pool area you exit on the 1st floor. The pool was kind of out of our way and view and frankly not very big or inviting and so in the two full weeks we were there, we never even used it once. Plus, we're not very big on wearing bracelets. The beach is great. Very wide with bright white sugary sand. It never felt crowded, but bring your own chairs and umbrella if you can. The daily beach rental for 2 chairs and 1 umbrella is 65 USD or 270 USD per week and is only available from 9 AM to 5 PM. Our first couple of days we had some issues with the wi-fi, golf cart, and AC, but it was quickly taken care of by the excellent property management team. The highlight of our stay was going deep sea fishing with Just Right Charters out of the Baytowne Marina. We also did a Solaris Dinner Cruise, which was nice but we ended up in the middle of a pretty severe storm and it had to be cut short. The Platinum Vacations discount card that was provided was a nice perk which saved us lots of money on restaurants, activities, and shopping. The Destin area is very congested, but Sandestin is a wonderful oasis. We walked to the beach, took the golf cart to eat at the Beach House Restaurant and the Baytowne Wharf, and Walmart or Win-Dixie was only 5 minutes away for groceries. Our sons (18 and 20) were disappointed in the fitness center but really enjoyed the basketball and pickle ball court (for soccer tennis!). Perfect Vacation!

Our overall stay was excellent across the board. Perfect location on the beach, the view from the condo, and the condo is as beautiful as the pictures and well equipped. We will be returning to 4111 Beachside One, and working with Platinum Services of Destin was probably the best experience Ive had dealing with a vacation rental company. No complaints at all

Loved the condo - tastefully renovated - new kitchen, huge showers, and wonderful views of the beach (Wife loved the plantation shutters in the master). Unit was well stocked, kitchen, linens, DVDs, even including beach chairs/umbrella/water toys.
Condo itself did not feel crowded during holiday - elevators/parking - no issues. It's one of the smaller beachfront condos at Sandestin. Just go early AM to get a good spot to setup beach chairs during busy times.

Platinum Mgmt phone app very convenient - great place to store all the access codes.

First time in Sandestin - wonderful resort! Much less crowded and cleaner than other beach vacations we've taken. Enjoyed shopping/dining in Baytowne Wharf and Grand Destin Blvd. Our family can't wait to go back.

This location was facing the beach, so one could enjoy spending night times at the balcony, listening to the sound of waves, and observe this awesome sky lit by the moon. Excellent quality restaurants are in close proximity.

We were in Destin for the GA Association of Realtors conference and stayed at Beachside One in 4111. The condo was beautiful. Outstanding views. Very comfortable. The tram service was helpful in getting to the conference center. Our experience was great.

We really enjoyed our week at Sweet Home.

Pros: Great location in the secure Sandestin resort, Not at all a busy building, Friendly families to chill with on the beach, all of the comforts of home, comfortable furnishings, well stocked condo

Cons: My only complaint would be the washcloths provided. When you come in with sun kissed skin and the washcloths feel like sandpaper, it just isn't fun. Obviously not a huge deal but upgrading the simple things like the washcloths would be that nice finishing touch.
