Experience the ultimate vacation at the Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort, Beachside Two, in this beautifully furnished one-bedroom Gulf front condo. Positioned directly on the Gulf of Mexico, the 14th-floor location provides excellent views, allowing you to gaze out over the sugar white sands of the Emerald Coast from both the private balcony and an additional private sundeck.

Step inside to discover upgrades throughout, including tile flooring, coastal-themed rooms, and new smart TVs in both the living room and Master bedroom. The Master bedroom features a king-sized bed, while the living area offers a queen-sized sofa sleeper for additional guests. This property was amazing for my husband and I!!! We had the best time celebrating our “baby moon”. The property was spacious, clean, convenient, and had amazing views!!!!! The golf cart was an awesome addition to the property. We loved our stay!

This small condo was just right for the 3 of us. Perfect location on the water. Easy rental to work with when it comes to codes, access to unit and communication. I will say however, this unit has some much needed TLC. The 2 blue chairs in the living area are about to bust. I told my 75 year old mom to not go near them or she'll end up on the floor. No hooks in the bathroom for towels, and some cabinet updating would be wonderful! The linens and unit were very clean upon our arrival and it had the basic things we needed to start our trip. If your a hand washer like me, you will want to bring your own hand soap as they only leave you with body bars. There are not lounge chairs on the lower patio like pictures show. The golf was WONDERFUL & the resort in general was very upkept and clean. The rental company was very quick to respond and very helpful with any questions we may have had! We ate at Dewey Destin & the Back Porch. 5 stars for both place!!! The Whart was fun to take the golf cart to! A map of how to navigate over there would have been helpful, thankful for friends for who were staying across the way and came and got us to show us how to get over there.

Positives include a beautiful westward sunset view and great location at Beachside II in Sandestin.
Negatives were the place was quite dated and needs upgrades - peeling paint on drawers, stained and peeling ceiling paint.
Also, there is a private sun deck but no lounger as was depicted in the photos. The deck also needs a cleanup from the construction debris.

The Cabinets need fixed. There was a bag of garbage left and there was a bra pad under the sleeper. The Bed was comfortable. The shower door wasn't very clean. The lint catcher in drier needed cleaned out and fixed. Its a wonder that it hasn't caught something on fire. The Door Lock was messing up and had to be changed. I will say that maintenance did promptly get that fixed. We have stayed in many Condos in Beachside II and this was my least favorite.

We were disappointed with our accommodations. The cabinets had veneer peeling of them. There was quite a bit of mold in the shower. The furniture on the balcony had quite a bit of rust on it (would expect a little, but this was a lot!) The sun deck was a nice touch, but there was a hose just thrown in a corner.

Overall clean, it could use a deep clean of the storage and kitchen cupboards but I am super picky! Maybe some plastic mugs could be added you can use outside on the patio instead of glass. I will be coming back I was not in the least bit disappointed it was as described. Added bonus is it being an end unit so no-one disturbing you, which is good as the bedroom is at the front.

We had great long weekend. Condo was perfect for us. Kitchen well stocked which was great for cooking in so we had more time to enjoy beach. Bed is super comfortable! Plenty of bath towels which keeps you from having to wash every day! Will definitely stay here again! Rental process super easy!

I absolutely love Sandestin so I was thrilled to find this unit at such a great price. This condo was located by an elevator, which was really convenient. The view from the balcony was incredible. The only complaints we had were that the shower didn’t drain very well and the furniture in living room and eating area had a lot of stains. Overall it was a great stay and will definitely be staying here again!

This Beachside II condo was right on the beach, very clean and was everything we needed for a vacation for 2 for a week. The air conditioner worked great and we loved the view. It was easy to get on the elevator and go down to the beach. There is an elevator right outside the door. We didn't use the kitchen except for the fridge and coffee maker but it seemed to be vey well stocked for anything you would need. Bathroom was adequate as was king size bed. We would stay here again.

This property is in a great location. Our check-in procedure w/ Platinum Service was a breeze. Once there we noticed some things needed addressing; the condo was clean, however not maintained very well (appliances); such things as soiled rugs, upholstered chairs were in need of cleaning, microwave not working properly and water leaking from the bottom-rusted frig door. We stayed at the property for three months (snowbirds). Although the agents always answered and returned our calls; we felt these were things that should have been taken care of before we even checked-in. The mattress was not comfy. Overall it was a fun three months on this great Sandestin property.

My husband and I took a quick weekend trip to Destin/Miramar Beach and this 1 bed condo was perfect for us! Located on the 14th floor, easy access on the end to an elevator and the view was spectacular. Not to mention the private rooftop access in addition to the balcony. The condo was clean and decorated beautifully. Easy check in and check out with a keypad. The Sandestin resort is lovely. Highly recommend and will for sure be back!!

Perfect location. Beach and pool were conviently located just steps from the elevator. Beautiful view of the ocean. Condo was clean and well equipped.
There is only one negative. The couch should be replaced. You feel like you are sliding off it while sitting or laying on it.
Aaron was great to deal with for booking through vacations by platinum for next year.

We had a great stay at this beach condo. It is beautifully decorated, we had some issues with the pots and pans and the sliding door leading to the patio but Platinum vacation took care of it right away. The sofa is very uncomfortable, needs to be upgraded.

Everything was perfect. I ask a lot of questions and Angela and Chelsea were both very accommodating and helpful throughout whole booking process. AS for the condo... Beyond expectations. My family of 3 stayed at this location. It was clean, it had extra details others didn't (friends joined us and stayed at different location that required them to bring their own toilet paper, was dirty and lacked essentials...they actually paid more than our room). What cant be described is the Sun Deck. It is private and one of only a few units to have this feature. We literally had 12 people comfortably sitting out their watching the sunset and telling stories... We liked it so much, we stayed another day even though we knew it would be rainy. Condo was just comfortable and felt like home. I hope to get this same room every trip to Destin.

Only knock is building itself... Elevators and gate codes went out when heavy storms came in. Room and service is much better than building itself but still... Cant be the location and with a few building updates, it would be incredible. Room still worth the buildings issues though.

We loved the condo, had everything we needed and a great view from our balcony. The only thing we would want different would be to have the glass around the balcony cleaned. Hard to see thru it. Also the stackable washer and dryer was so noisy you couldnt run it when the neighbors may be sleeping.

We had a great time at this condo. Beautiful views from both balconies. Great location. The condo says it sleeps four, but the sofa bed is unusable. The mattress was horrible with ZERO padding. Our third guest had to sleep on the couch. If we would have had a fourth guest we would have had to triple up in the king bed in the bedroom.

The location and layout of this condo cannot be beat. Love the views, and the proximity to "stuff." I was a little disappointed however that with just a little extra effort, they could make the experience so much better for their guests. Specifically, the unique bonus deck area had virtually no furniture other than 1 chaise lounge chair (!) which made the space unusable for my wife and I. A shame. And the beach chairs they provided were cheap giveaways from an insurance company, and one was broken/unusable. Not trying to nitpick, but merely point out a couple of simple, fixable things that would improve the visit for the next visitor.

We loved this condo! It was big enough for the two of us, the decor and mirrors made it feel bigger than it was. My only minor complaints inside is the master bedroom tv volume was horrible and the kitchen only has one oven mitt, so it would be nice to have two for the heavier pans. We enjoyed the sun deck, it does get a little hot but you can just walk up to the balcony and cool off! Just watch your step on the way up and down, I stubbed my toe almost every time. :) Can't wait to come back next year!

I realize that they have no control over the weather but the weather could have been better and the water was aqua blue and free of any sea weed or other litter as was the beautiful sandy beach. This was our first time in the panhandle and came for my 30th birthday with my fianc and also we were here looking at venues ! I did a lot of searching for the perfect place and we ended up choosing this unit! I have no complaints except for no pizza cutter..lol. The unit was decorated so beachy looked just like it did in the pictures! You get a huge two level wrap around deck. We didn't use the lower one but if you have kids this is a great area for them to play. The view was breathtaking. There's an elevator right to the left of the unto which is sooo convenient. Location was great. We went in May and traffic just started to get crazy! We ended up staying an extra night last minute and the company made it happen since it was open! We will be back next May! Thank you and we found a venue in Santa Rosa!

The unit was a bit dated, but overall clean. The lower balcony furniture was all broken so we only used the upper balcony. The view was great. I will not rent this unit again however, because the bedroom was not on the beach side. The lights from the outdoor hallway shone into the bedroom all night, even with the shutters closed.

The balcony was the highlight. The doors on the bedroom closet and covering the laundry room need attention. The condo needs a good deep cleaning and the rug in the kitchen needs replacing. It is really dirty. The couch and chair in living room are really stained and the pull out is very flat and uncomfortable.
I would recommend this property if the issues were addressed.

The rental experience was very efficient from the beginning. Easy to book and get access information to the condo throughout and it was very accommodating. The condo was clean and had that beachy feel. I will be returning to this condo in particular in the future.

The condo was very clean everthing in great condition beautiful views of the ocean there was still construction going on around the condo and in the extra balcony was not done yet so workers were in the balcony during the morning hours but overall my family enjoyed it very much.the beach and pool access was very easy.
