Beachside property on the Sandestin resort. It is a wonderful resort setting with many options available to do. We enjoyed walks on the beach and the general property. Also played pickleball, golf and swimming. Sandestin property is located near many shopping and resturants. The view of the gulf of mexico from the condo is wonderful. The platinum group were helpful in getting a few items fixed in the condo. The condo is beautiful and would benefit from a few updates in the seating in the living room (couch was updated already), some of windows have a film on it that should be looked at and maybe some screens on patio doors. patio furniture could be updated also. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need and we found the bed in the master bedroom to be very comfortable. Thankyou for allowing us to stay in your beautiful condo. Will be back again next winter.

The unit is absolutely beautiful and the view from the balcony was amazing. The customer service that we received went unmatched before, during, and even after our stay. The management company even assisted us in booking an additional two days after our stay ended because we loved the unit so much. The layout of the unit was perfect! Each bedroom has its own full bathroom. The primary bathroom featured a makeup vanity separate from the bathroom countertops. The unit also has several TV's perfectly placed across the unit and a private desk. The development had ample covered parking spots and several luggage carts that make packing and unpacking a breeze. We will be booking out next stay here!

This condo is gorgeous just as the pictures show. I really appreciated being able to go out on the balcony from any 3 doors. It had all the dishes we needed and everything was in excellent condition. The showers are very slow to drain & I forgot to report that. The bedroom beds are very comfortable but the pull out couch is not although I don’t know of any pull out couch being comfortable! We realized late the night of arrival that there were no sheets/blankets for the pull out but the management company remedied that quickly. The beach is very easily accessible but since we didn’t book directly thru Sandestin, chair rentals were very expensive ($80) so bring your own if possible! The parking lot was never too full to find parjh spots and there are several restaurants close by. The elevator is next door to the condo I loved that! We even tried to extend our time at the property but of course it was reserved. This place is beautiful & I cannot wait to return!!

This condo was absolutely the most beautiful place I have ever stayed! My mom, daughter and I decided to take our first girls trip and we literally gasped when we walked in. The views were unbelievable! The condo was so clean and had everything we needed. The way the vanity’s and sinks are positioned were perfect for the 3 of us to get ready. My mom and I both want to redo our kitchens now because it was amazing!! The beds were super comfortable and all the furniture in general was extremely comfortable. We loved the small table to play cards at. The walk to the beach was super quick, we never had to wait for an elevator. It is so close to so many fun places to eat and shop. I didn’t have to contact anyone while we were there because everything was perfect! I hope to make this an annual trip and always to this condo! Well done!!

Beautiful property and amazing view. Only nit: wish the unit came with wine glasses (had to use champagne glasses) and wish it came with two chairs and an umbrella. Last unit in same building had the chairs and umbrella and saved us from having to rent chairs and umbrellas for two days.

This was our 4 yrs anniversary. When you walk in the first thing you notice is the gorgeous views. They had all the tvs playing easy listening music. The place is perfect for a couple or 2. Everything looked and smelled clean. The furniture and decorations was great, the beds are soft and comfy. Direct access to the beach was a plus, the washer and dryer was great, especially helped get rid of the sand. Plenty of towels.
