This is absolutely one of the most desired villas within Sandestin. You will be amazed at the up-scale décor which covers every inch of this fabulous unit. Upon entering immediately to your right is the kitchen. It has all the appliances that anyone would need to prepare that mouth watering Florida Sea Food Feast. There is plenty of cabinet space for all utensils and groceries. The granite counter tops are to die for and they extend to a breakfast bar that can seat 2. This is all open to the dining and living area so that everyone can join in on the conversation. Once past the kitchen is the dining area which can seat 6 around this high top table. Its great for a game of cards as well!
Just steps away from the dining area is the open living area that invites nothing but a comfortable feel. The sofa and loveseat give plenty of seating for everyone in the group. You will be able to view the latest new release or the perfect sporting event from the large flat screen T.V. and DVD player. Another added bonus is that you have a nice view of the back deck and Horseshoe Lake.

Once you step out back there is an additional table and seating to enjoy the cool afternoon ocean and lake breeze on the brand new deck! The lake also gives a tranquil setting just perfect for your afternoon cup of tea or cocktail. Watch close, you might see the mighty Beachwalk ducks playing or swimming nearby. Guest are allowed to fish in the lake however it is catch and release.

To get to the sleeping quarters you simply walk upstairs, which have brand new plank flooring along with both bedrooms! The master suite has a king size bed and view of the lake as well. The master bath is unique from most Beachwalk Villas as it has a large garden tub and separate shower. There is also his and her vanities with absolutely the most gorgeous mirrors.

The second bedroom has 2 queen beds that can sleep 4. There is also a T.V. to enjoy after a long day at the beach. The second bath is just a few steps away and has a shower and tub combination with beautiful glass doors.

Overall we had a great time . Unit was nice, furniture was good. Living and kitchen was nice. A little disappointed with condition of carpet on stairs and upstairs bedroom. Many stains and large 5 or 6 inches in diameter of carpet cut out down to padding or floor in center of master bedroom. The deck pictures were not accurate. Deck floor is rotten and had places where if you stepped , your foot would go through. Patio furniture is old with tears and holes in cushions and wrought iron chairs were rusted with holes in the seat of chairs. So we could not enjoy sitting outside. Bushes were overgrown, past the railing of deck and had three huge yoka plants, 8 to 10 feet tall, not pictured, blocking lake view. Garbage disposal does not work, right side of sink is stopped up, so if you run dishwasher, it backs up into sink. I have let management know upon our July 27 checkout.

We are so glad you again had a wonderful experience this winter. This truly is a lovely villa with such great amenities for guest. Also, I just heard from the owner and she is replacing the carpet ( although not needed). The tranquil patio is one of my favorite things about this villa. You are in a natural setting with views of the lake but yet you are a short walk to the sandy white beaches. Please let us know if you have any suggestions for the owner so that we make sure your experience next year is as good as this year.

The community is great, excellent location - within close proximity to Publix, Wal-Mart and upscale dining & shopping. The condo itself is quite cute, however, it is dated. Furniture is old, the mattresses are uncomfortable. It's in need of some TLC, overall, however, it's nice and provides all the comforts you need. TV is very nice and has Netflix and Hulu. I really wish Platinum had told us how to get to the beach (i.e.: tram times and where to get on the tram). It would have been nice to know you need your own umbrella & beach chairs, unless you're willing to pay $35. Aside from this, I would recommend this condo to a friend and I would definitely stay again.

Very good experience. Check in and check out were smooth with no issues. Accommodations were clean and amenities were as described. There was some wear and tear from rental use but everything was satisfactory. Will definitely use Platinum Vacations again when we need a place for vacation and/or work related travel.

Nice villa. Updated awesome kitchen and master bath.<br/>Only negative was damaged carpet in Master and back deck in need of repair. <br/>Sad because deck got shade in evening and offered beautiful lake view.<br/>Pet friendly was huge plus for us and our little Dog.<br/>

This place was amazing! Very clean... huge 4K tv in living... the deck was so beautiful , it sits right on the little lake and we feed the ducks and turtles every evening. <br/><br/>Very close to beach , shuttle provided. <br/><br/>The kitchen has everything your home would have .. just bring your groceries and seasonings. It has a regular coffee pot, no keurig. The master bed was good not really plush but still a nice big bed. <br/><br/>2nd room had two beds and a bath . Plenty room! <br/><br/>We loved this place so much and we use vacay rentals often! <br/><br/>We stayed 4 nights here, Unfortunately we could not stay longer but we were evacuees from Irma. Can't wait to go back one day to enjoy and relax! <br/><br/>The staff were excellent .. they got us set up so fast as it was such short notice. We also received a 10% discount due to our evac situation. <br/><br/>Will definitely book again!! <br/><br/>Bathroom in Mayer was great!! Big tub and nice shower.

We all loved the condo. It was very confortable and loved that every room had its own TV. Only wish it was walking distance to the beach. Our favorite part was the back yard. We all enjoyed going out and fishing. Thank you for allowing me and my family to stay in your rental.

We had a great stay. Condo was convenient to all activities. It had a great view sitting on one the lakes in the resort. We will plan on renting a condo on all our vacations to this area rather than a hotel in the future.

This condo is great! Unfortunately, we were probably the first folks of the season, so the place was a not as clean as other Platinum Services rentals we've used in the past. Great location, fantastic amenities. The place needs a good cleaning.

We loved the rental we stayed in, and love the area. The only thing I would change is that I wish it was in walking distance of the beach for a family with small kids, but we knew that going in. The place was very nice, and had lots of space.
So happy you enjoyed your stay in this fantastic villa. We hope you were able to utilize the free shuttle that comes with the unit? It does drop guest off directly at the beach access to make things a bit easier to get out to the beach. This owner is also considering getting a golf cart so that guest can come and go to the beach on their own time. This will certainly help with your comments. Please make a note too that returning guest do get a 10% discount the next time they stay.
