Overall good. The master bath shower had mold/mildew in it. The pots need upgrading the bottoms are pealing off and it's time to upgrade the washer/dryer. The living area and bedrooms were nice the beds were cozy. Not enough towels for the family were provided only had q towel per guest.

Loved the vacation rental. It was perfect for our 2 families. There was 8 of us 4 adults and 4 children and it fit all of us comfortably. The view is beautiful and the resort is so peaceful. A true getaway. You have to visit Baytowne Wharf, it was a 5 min. walk and we had so much fun. There was so much to do there and so many places to eat. The management company was amazing. We called a couple times and they had someone out there immediately. Their response time was great. Helpful tip: bring a couple extra trash bags and if you do cook bring a few spices.

The Villa looked EXACTLY like the pictures online, it was clean and nice. We were able to check in a little earlier which was SUPER helpful. The only issue we had was not all the outlets worked properly. Also the Shuttle was not really accessible from this villa and it was very clear where the stops were. But there was bikes and pool stuff (which we didnt use), but it was nice to have. I think something that would make this villa more awesome would be to offer a Golf Cart.
The beds were comfortable, the kitcheb was fully stocked with pots, pans etc.

The online description of 8510 Turnberry court is spot on. They’re was a pond at the back of the villa, my grandkids caught at least 50 fish and a few turtles lol .. I world recommend more information about the tram and where it will take you. There security guard told us we could just wave the team down not true. You have to catch the tram at designated spots. I world recommend if you have umbrellas, chairs, coolers don’t take the tram, you can drive you car across the street and park for the day free...The wharf was Awsum lots of places to eat.. shopping a little pricey.. I world definitely stay here again and recommend to family & friends...

This property was very nice, clean and well-maintained. We had good customer service. The condo was newly updated and everything was perfect. The location was convenient to the Baytowne Wharf and only a short drive to the beaches at Destin. We had access to the property amenities such as the swimming pool, which was clean and not crowded at all. We had ample parking and the property was quiet in the evening. We particularly loved all the things to do within walking distance. We would definitely recommend the property and would stay here again.

We have been to Destin several times but this was our first time booking through Platinum Vacations and it will not be the last. We stayed in Sandestin and checking into our rental was a breeze. House was clean and well maintained. We had one problem with a kitchen light when we arrived and maintenance was at the door within 15 mins of us calling them. We will be definitely booking through them again!!

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was exactly as stated and it was nice and clean. The community that the property is in has a lot of amenities and the Sandestin Resort is just across Highway 98. The location was perfect because you are not in the crazy crowded part of Destin and you are close to 30A scenic road. Also Baytowne Wharf is within the community which has a few restaurants, activities for the kids, bars and shopping. If you are heading to the area for more then just the beaches you will definitely be happy with this property. The only complaint was the horrible faucets in the master bathroom and the kitchen sink...but that isn't enough for us to be unhappy with our stay.

It was perfect for what we needed. Plenty of room, close to the wharf, and a great spot to fish. My only complaint would be that several of the doors had issues with their knobs. Wouldnt lock or would lock once you were outside and didnt want it to.

I am glad you mentioned you had the chance to fish. The resort does allow guest to fish with a catch and release policy. After a long day at the beach, relaxing at the lake is quite peaceful. I have taken note of the door issues and I am having maintenance take care of it. Thank you for informing us of this issue. Please also remember that when you book with Platinum Vacations of Destin you save hundreds of dollars by not booking with a 3rd party company that charges an extra service fee. We had a wonderful time in Destin. The home was clean and in a perfect place for us. Walking/running the paths and bike riding from BikesRUs was a great way to get out exercise and see the neighborhoods.
A few minor problems but solved easily and quickly with a phone call.

This awesome place was footsteps away from the pretty little pond and also steps away from the pool. There was plenty of space to eat, relax and watch tv, and the sleeping arrangements were perfect. It was so clean and comfortable! The kitchen had all the utensils needed, plenty of towels, nice patio, great location. The ladies at Platinum were amazing. Originally our home was suppose to come with bikes but they were damaged. Platinum quickly fixed this and set us up with bikes. I highly recommend renting bikes (which are discounted as platinum customers) as you can bike to the beach, to Baytown, and take nice evening rides. This was an amazing vacation for the 4 kiddos I brought and myself. I highly recommend SEA Chase to rent a boat for the day and go to crab island! Bubba Gumps was a favorite restaurant, as well as Donut Hole and Dewey Destin' s!

I highly recommend renting bikes (which are discounted as platinum customers) as you can bike to the beach, to Baytown, and take nice evening rides. This was an amazing vacation for the 4 kiddos I brought and myself. I highly recommend SEA Chase to rent a boat for the day and go to crab island! Bubba Gumps was a favorite restaurant, as well as Donut Hole and Dewey Destin' s!

My guest and I absolutely loved this villa!.. it was clean, spacious and sooo cute! The master bedroom was amazing! This home definitely made our stay better! We had zero problems the entire 4 days we were there! 5 stars all the way around!
