Experience the vibrant coastal ambiance of this two-bedroom, two-bath beachside condo as you step inside and are greeted by brightly colored furnishings that evoke a sense of the seaside. With tile flooring in the main areas and wood floors in the bedrooms, the condo exudes a clean and fresh aesthetic.

The bright white kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils needed to prepare delicious Florida meals. The open dining area comfortably seats six, with additional seating available at the breakfast bar.

The spacious master suite offers stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico and features a king bed and a luxurious glass shower in the master bath. The guest bedroom is furnished with two twin beds and has a combination tub and shower in the guest bathroom. For additional sleeping accommodations, a queen sleeper sofa is available in the living room.

Great location, not so great interior

"Pros- Ideal location right on the beach. Very responsive management team, can text them at any time and they will respond quickly and resolve issues
Cons-
1. Small bugs by the windows in the kitchen and bedroom
(We messaged the property and they had someone come out and spray the bedroom but there were still the tiny bugs in the kitchen area)
2. Second toilet very weak flush and got clogged
(Again we messaged and they had maintenance come up and fix)
3. Mold on ceilings
4. Master bedroom has no real door to the bathroom.. it’s more of a slatted closet door- super weird
5- Master shower doesn’t keep hot water for long

Would definitely return to the property but not this specific unit

"We really enjoyed our stay at Beachside one. Facilities were beautiful and so close to bayside wharf which was an enjoyable experience as well. We saw a great concert there, and we really enjoyed our stay at Beachside one. Facilities were beautiful and so close to Bayside wharf which was a enjoyable experience as well. We saw a great concert there on Wednesday night and then enjoyed the white sand beautiful beach during the day. So close to so many different restaurants and things to do. Also, there is a Walmart five minutes away, which made it easy to get any supplies and food we needed for our stay. We would totally recommend this place to anybody. Looking for a fun family trip.

"My family and I had a wonderful week at Beachside One! The ocean view is breathtaking, as you walk into the condo for the first time. The view from the main bedroom is great, as well. The condo was very clean, maintained, and supplied with all the necessary amenities for the week. The manager checked in with us via text throughout the week. "I never write reviews, but had to for this place. We knew the location was great, but had no idea how great. Having a13th floor front row view of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico was incredible. Amazing sunrises and sunsets!!! The amenities that come with being inside the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort footprint were out of this world. Pickleball, tennis, mini golf, golf, basketball, walking paths, swimming, beach gear, security, gated parking, and MORE! And, the multiple high-scale shopping and dining options less than 10 minutes away were exquisite. Thank YOU 4135 Beachside One!!!

"The condo location and view were amazing. The furniture could use some updating and the beds could definitely be more comfortable. Also, it's the first I've ever been to a condo that didn't even have salt and pepper. I understand not leaving food but ever single condo has spices, etc left behind from previous people. There were dirty dishes in cabinet and under the beds were filthy. The unit was just clean in the obvious areas. Stains on bed skirt which looked like wasn't being washed at all. It was apparent deep cleaning is not being done. Check in and out was seamless. We enjoyed our stay overall but there are things that could be addressed to make it a want to go place every year.

"Views from this unit are beautiful as always when we visit Destin. Property MGR was easily accessible, property was amazing as well. Two crowded beach access on either side of this unit, but the beach svc employees were on it, making them move if they were not in our complex. Unit itself is dated, needs updating, beds while not horrible could use some better mattresses. Kitchen is limited on cooking supplies, no pantry for food storage, ice in the unit tastes horrible although I am convinced this is just FLA water. SanDestin DOES NOT ALLOW outside golf cart rentals, your unit owner must own one and include this in the agreement, that part could use revising. Overall Destin is always a BLESSING and ofc ourse we will return, just to another unit.

"Everything was beautiful and a great location but needed some quick cheap meal options in the area but other than that everything was good with great and friendly security that kept our private beach open for the condo residents only. Only two issues with condo. Shower head in master was leaking and sprayed the ceiling where the paint was peeling and heavy rain came under front door on last day and ran into dining room but no real issues. Great view

"The property was amazing. The suite was not, counted no less than 8 mouse traps throughout the suite, black debris coming from the air vents, rusted air vents and stained furniture. Place is way outdated and leaves you with the felling that is is unclean.

"We really enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect with a beautiful view of the beach, easy access to groceries (nearby Publix), and all the amenities a family could need. The condo was clean, check-in process easy, very spacious, and during the Covid crisis it was easy to have meals delivered via UberEats and GrubHub. The master bedroom was perfect with superb views. The two-twin bedroom was just right for our two children. The kitchen had all the amenities needed to cook. There was no proper cutting board and the knives were very dull, but that's on par with most vacation rentals. One of the elevators was down the first day, which would have made this a challenging vacation since this condo is on the 13th floor, but it was fixed first thing Monday morning so no issues. Sadly, not all the guests honored the wearing masks in the indoor public spaces (like elevators), but we did our part. Overall it was a great condo and we had an amazing time. Our youngest cried on the last day because she wanted to stay she took photos of every room. It's the mark of a great vacation home.

"Waking up in the master bedroom was amazing and had one of the best views you could imagine! During our stay the weather was perfect. We played on the beach, searched for crabs at night,rented jet skis, and rented a boat and went out to crab island (which I highly recommend) the whole resort was also gorgeous! We saw a pod of dolphins the last morning we were there!!My family has been coming to the Gulf for years! Always satisfied! Thanks again

"We loved the condo. It exceeded our expectations. The condo is on the 13th floor and Gulf Front. You can relax on your balcony and watch all the action on the beach during the day and into the evening. Exactly as pictured. Everything you need is the condo including beach chairs with an umbrella. "We stayed for two and one half months in 4135 Beachside 1. Great location with outstanding views of ocean and beach. Can see sun rise and sun set from condo deck. The condo was clean and being updated while we were there. Ginger,Julie, and Michelle do a great job solving any problems that come up. Marty and Justin are excellent maintenance men. We had a great stay.

August Vacation

"This condo is excellently located, front and center on the beach. A short ride down the elevator and walk across the boardwalk, and you're at the beach. You have a choice to rent chairs or the public beach is just to the left, again GREAT location. However, the condo needs many updates, including paint, tile and furniture. It was not sufficiently cleaned before we arrived: chips from previous renters still not swept off the kitchen floor (along with most corners unswept), many of the dishes were put away still dirty with oil and residue left on them, the guest bathroom feels very dirty with mold all over the tub liner and stuff stuck in the sink drain. An update of tile would help the overall feel of cleanliness in the condo. Master shower door does not stay closed on its own very well, so be careful of a slip. The beds are all VERY squeaky (try sleeping with a baby in the room.)
Maintenance was very prompt: a lamp fell from storms coming through, and they were right up to remove the broken glass just an hour or so after I called about it.

Beautiful view

"This is our second stay at this condo. The Property Management company is easy to work with and I really enjoyed the ease of the app. The condo is fully stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards and floats. Everything in the unit worked and seemed to be in good condition.
The only negative thing I can say about this unit is we did see a few dead bugs under and behind things. I'm sure this is where they spray and it was overlooked by the cleaning people. We also had a small issue with ants around the windows n the master bedroom. However none of these issues were a big deal.
The condo is on the 13th floor so it provides spectacular views. We never heard any of our neighbors above or beside us.
Overall it is a beautiful property and we will stay again.

"This was our first trip to Sandestin, it will not be our last. This unit was spacious for our family if 4. Beautiful views, well equipped kitchen, easy parking and convenient to beach and pool access. Very safe and clean.

While the unit seems like it needs a little TLC (nicked furniture, wobbly bed) our biggest problem was the cockroaches. On our arrival, we found several dead cockroaches (took picts) and we let that go. 2 days into our stay, 2 lives cockroaches. (took picts) Daughter couldn't sleep. Called the office in the morning and they very nicely moved us. Didn't realize how worn 4135 was until we stayed in different, nicer unit.

The people at Platinum were wonderful to deal with. Easy to get keys/code. Their app was very helpful. Very considerate with our 'bug' problem. Wouldn’t stay at 4135 again, but would deal with Platinum again.

4135 Beachside One

"Have been spending a week in Sandestin every August fior the last 10+ years - always staying at Beachside I or Beachside II. This was one of the nicest units we've stayed in. Would definitely stay there again.

Great family trip

"Condo and view are great.

BEWARE - Coffee maker is broken. It will only turn off when it is unplugged regardless if the on/off switch is lit.

Door code did not work upon arrival even though it was after 4. Stood outside for 45 minutes with luggage and made multiple calls to management company before they were able to respond and get us in with a real key.

Those are my only two complaints. It is a great place to stay.

"The pictures posted of the condo are spot on. The master bedroom has the most amazing views and the window seats make for a nice resting spot after a day on the beach. Our family of 4 can't wait to stay here again. The only suggestion we have is to upgrade the refrigerator. It does take a full 24 hours to cool down once you load your groceries. Thank you again for letting us stay in your condo!

"Sandestin resort has 4 golf courses, numerous fishing lakes, miles of walking and bike paths and a beautiful beach. It is a beautiful well maintained complex.Our condo was on the ocean and had great views of the beach and ocean.We stayed two months and Grace from Platinum management did an excellent job of making sure our stay was a good one. Any problem we had with the condo was corrected promptly.

Poor Condition

"View is great. Condition of the condo is bad. Condo was not cleaned well. In the master bedroom there was hair under the comforter, the shower is falling apart, ceiling peeling in the shower area. Head in the head by the shower head. The second bathroom was dirty. There were some clothes left in the second bedroom. Ceiling in the living room has spots everywhere, think it maybe mold because toward the end of our stay my daughter got sick. This condo needs an overhaul bad for the price they keep renting it out for.
