Dear Travis, We appreciate your comments . You will be happy to know that the plumbing issues have all been corrected. Please know that we do our best to repair any appliance in a timely manner and just like if it was your own propriety. we are at the disposal of local vendors. We never want to make excuses about any issue that might arise however; at the end of our peak season we do see in all of our vacation rentals repairs that must be maid. We had know way of knowing the dishwasher would back up and certainly we hate you had to mop the floor. We agree guest should not have to clean during their stay and its unfortunate this happened at night . The lounge chairs have been removed and new ones ordered. If we had known this we could have brought new ones during your stay. We are just a phone call, email, or app request away to be app to handle any request a guest may have . We have a full time housekeeping staff that could have taken care of any issues. I will be speaking with them about your comment . Platinum Services strives to maintain our properties in top-notch condition, and are pleased when guests inform us of maintenance issues so we can correct them. Our office is just outside the gates of the Resort , perhaps unknown to the guests, and our maintenance staff would have been able to correct the issues while the guests were here. Nonetheless, we are sorry that there were inconveniences during their vacation and sincerely hope they return and take advantage of our 10% return guest discount.

How disappointing to read such an incriminating review from this guest, especially when the guest stayed in July, and here it is October! At no time is it mentioned that the staff at Platinum Services attempted to assist in resolving any issues. From the beginning of this family's stay, there was stress with one of the family members needing medical attention. Platinum Services was made aware of the guest's fear of being "stalked" from this condo -- on the 13th floor -- two days before their departure day. From time to time, there are repair companies that are called for service; in this case, the three "adults" who showed up at the front door and allegedly forced entry into the condo had the wrong address. Platinum Services was not given the opportunity to attempt to help the situation by at least temporarily securing the patio doors, which would have been done by our maintenance staff immediately. The guest decided to leave a day early and demanded a refund; at that time, a refund was in fact our intention and given because we were truly sorry that this incident created a less-than-wonderful vacation. With unsuccessful attempts to reach the guest by phone, the property manager sent an email apologizing once again for the guest's inconvenience and informing her that the doors were to be repaired right away. The following was the guest's response to that email: "Thank you for getting back to me and I apologize for missing the message on my voicemail. I believe the $425.60 is a fair refund and would like to have a receipt of this transaction on our bankcard. Do you need the bank card number? I appreciate you handling the problems with the condo and certainly hope that the needed repairs and fixes have been completed before renting it out again. Other than no way to secure and lock the condo we loved the space, layout and decor. Thanks for helping to resolve the issues."

Platinum Services agrees with the guest -- everything should be in as perfect working order as possible in each and every property we manage. Had we been aware of the shower that had leaking water, it would have been fixed before the guest arrived. We welcome constructive criticism from our guests so that we can maintain our properties in great working order. Because the guest did report the issue, we now also have a perfect working shower.
