Positioned directly on the Gulf of Mexico, the 14th-floor location provides excellent views, allowing you to gaze out over the sugar white sands of the Emerald Coast from both the private balcony and an additional private sundeck.
Step inside to discover upgrades throughout, including tile flooring, coastal-themed rooms, and new smart TVs in both the living room and Master bedroom. The Master bedroom features a king-sized bed, while the living area offers a queen-sized sofa sleeper for additional guests. The recently renovated all-white kitchen and bathroom add a touch of luxury, and a desk is provided in the living area for your personal computer. Platinum Services is certainly disturbed by any negative report, especially when it appears that the guests' vacation was made unpleasant due to their not-so-pleasant experience in one of the properties we manage. We go above and beyond our capabilities to assure a good experience and are grateful that the issues were brought to our attention so we can resolve each one. As mentioned, our representative had the opportunity of speaking with the guest after receiving an email listing the negative issues. Had we known about the roaches, we would have been able to make an urgent call to the pest control company. Harmful chemicals are not utilized presently; therefore, the technician could have serviced the condo while the guests were there. Or, we would have suggested a move to another property. After we were made aware of the pests, a service call was made to the pest control company. We are assured that, although he found evidence of roaches, they are not "German ones", which are very difficult to control. Housekeeping issues could have been easily solved as well. Our office is a few minutes outside the resort with maintenance technicians and housekeeping staff available during work hours, and we have a 24-hour answering service for after hours attention. Although it is appreciated to receive a detailed report of the guests' unpleasant experience, we are truly sorry that any of it occurred.
