Hi Paul, We are trilled you enjoyed your stay in this sought after villa. We do have plans for some change outs this off season. This villa stays so booked that we have to wait till the slow season before we can make upgrades. These owners are very accommodating . So much that we had a complaint that the master bedroom was not getting enough cool air. We problem solved, they purchased an entire new a.c. sophisticated wall mount unit just for the master bedroom alone. Guest will never have an issue again with circulation. We have also treated the unit for any insects that are typical for our Tropical area so all is good in that department as well. Hi Haleigh, We are pleased your enjoyed your vacation and this lovely villa. I am a bit surprised you had some questions that our our APP did not cover. Once someone makes a reservation they are invited to down load our APP . This is where all guest can find load of information about the resort, what to bring, your access codes and much much more. There is also a map on the App and we include a map in the welcome bucket of goodies guest receive upon arriving. We also have an after hours person that can answer any questions guest may have that occur after hours. Under the Hospitality Rules and Regulations that vacation rentals must follow , we are required to throw away and spices that are left by previous guest. It is a health liability. Lastly, in our rental agreement that all guest must sign it shares what initial supplies we give our guest upon arrival. Vacation Rentals are different than hotels in this regard. We make sure if you arrive at night that we supply the intial supply of toilet paper, trash bags, trash liners, dish washing soap etc. I am sorry you must have missed this when reading the agreement. Dear Jana, Oh how I wish we had known about the kitchen items you needed. Often times in the middle of peak season these things get transferred to other units or just need to be replaced due to wear and tear. I would have immediatly had our guest services department send over all new items for you to enjoy for your stay. It is our goal to make sure you have everything you need on vacation. You and your family are here to make memories and not worry about a thing. I have not had any one mention anything about the mattresses , but I will take a look and share this with the owner. The owners are very easy to work with and will do anything to make a guest happy, we just did not know. Also, I will be speaking with housekeeping about the mattress pads. All beds are required to have these on the beds. Apparently, this was missed and it will be handled. You mentioned the air in the master bedroom. We have called a professional duct company to come in and review the air flow. This has not been an issue however; it is July and very hot. We will have this corrected as soon as possible. Dear Ellen, We are happy you had a nice stay in this villa. I will share your comments with the owner and we will look into the air flow of the master bedroom. I did not see a service order mentioning the golf cart? The golf cart is under warranty and we could have had them service the cart preventing further damage. Ecco motors has the maintenance contract and would have come to the villa to do any repairs. The next time you visit, please let us know by phone or the app that something is not operating properly. We have a full time maintenance and housekeeping staff on property to handle any issues. We strive to make your experience and smooth as possible. Dear Kerri, Yes, we are sorry that the golf cart had to be repaired however; we provided you a replacement cart until the other one came back. Sandestin does not allow Golf Cart companies to lease on property so finding a replacement was nothing short of a miracle. Our office was in numerous conversations throughout the week and never was a bug issue mentioned. If it had been , just like we responded with the golf cart, we would have sent pest control . We have a full maintenance department and housekeeping department on property to handle all guest needs. If we are aware that the guest is not happy with one of our units then we also try and accommodate them with another property. If we had known of your dis liking's we would have certifiably bent over backward to make you happy. It is our goal for each guest to create a memory of a life time. Dear Mr. Farmer. I was surprised to hear you had some housekeeping issues. I so wished we had known so I could have sent our housekeepers back over. We have a full time housekeeping department that can handle anything someone may need . We always have someone on property to take care of these things. I appreciate you sharing this with us and we have already handled the issues. Carpets have been cleaned and pest control has sprayed. The good news is we should not have any further issues for future guest. In the future is you stay with us, please let us know of any issues.
