Condo has been updated with 2 new bathrooms and kitchen along with a new dining room table. Located on the 4th floor just step outside on the balcony to have a fabulous view of the gulf along with the pool area and amazing sunsets! Nicole and Aaron from vacations by Platinum are amazing!

This was our fifth trip to Sandestin and our first time staying at Beachside One. We will never stay anywhere else! This unit was a bit outdated and could use some TLC, but overall was a great find. You literally take a few steps to the elevator, go down, and walk onto a very clean boardwalk to the beach. Due to the heat wave, we were asked to keep thermostats at or above 72. Coming from Texas, we thought this would be miserable, but the unit remained cool and we never needed to lower the temp. However, there are no ceiling fans, so we did buy a couple of small fans for our stay. There was a minor bug issue, but the property manager was quick to send someone to spray when we notified them. Overall, this was a wonderful vacation and the views from the unit are AMAZING!

Perfect beach location! Located on the 4th floor near the elevator. The beach is beautiful with popular sunsets just off our balcony.
Kitchen is very well equipped. The condo was very clean.
The only negative issue was bugs would appear on the kitchen counter by the stove in the evening. We were continually killing them.
We were told they were checking to see when thee building would be exterminated but that didn’t help our problem.
Other than that we always had speedy service for any issues we had.

We loved our Condo! The unit was well equipped for a very pleasant stay. Located on the 4th floor access to the beach took minutes. The views are fantastic! The barbecues were a great perk! Nicole was great very friendly and accommodating to book with.

This property was great. Beachside One is the only condo on the beach that owns the beach. That means 1/10 of the people on their beach. We didn't know that going into the vacation. After experiencing the beach first hand we will never rent another complex. Beachside One is the place to rent if you like the beach.
