Villa Lago Parking Policy: $100 FINE PER DAY (PER CAR) IF VIOLATION OCCURS

Parking is only allowed on the paved driveway of the home you are renting. Two cars are allowed.

While at the Villa Lago neighborhood pool, one car is allowed in the designated area if a parking space is available.

Parking on the street including in front of the house is not allowed.

Parking on unimproved lots without written authorization from property owner is not allowed.

Those violating the parking policy will be fined $100 per car per day.

Villa Lago Trash Policy: $100 FINE PER DAY IF VIOLATION OCCURS

Household trash may only be placed at the curb between 6:00 am – 10:00 am each morning. (It may NOT be placed at the curb at any other time and may NOT be left out the night before.)

Trash is picked up daily, so if you missed the 6:00am – 10:00 am timeframe, please know that you will be able to place it at the curb the following morning between 6:00am – 10:00am.

The Sandestin trash collectors will pick up the trash each day. On the rare occasion you notice that your trash is still at the curb after 3:00pm, you may have missed the trash pick-up for the day. Please bring your trash back inside until the following morning, and place it back at the curb between 6:00am – 10:00am. No trash can be at the curb after 3:00 pm on any day.

Fines in the amount of $100.00 per day will be given to renters for trash that is left at the curb after 3:00 pm each day.

Golf Carts (if applicable):
- Drivers of golf carts must be licensed. Personal carts are not allowed on the golf courses.
Pool:
- Use of the pool is at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty. The pool is available to Villa Lago owners, guests and tenants. Proof may be requested. Hours are 8:00 am to 10:00pm. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. No glass containers are allowed. A clean diaper under a bathing suit is required for those that need them. No Pets are allowed.
Personal Property:
- Personal property must remain in the residence, garage or patios. No clothing/towels are allowed to hang outside.
