This beautiful condo has incredible views, cozy furnishings and open floor plan making this 8th Floor corner unit one of the most wanted places to stay on the Gulf at Beachside One in the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort!! 

Beautiful tile floors throughout that includes a spacious living area and upon drawing back the drapes, you will reveal the fabulous oversized balcony where you can enjoy your morning breakfast or afternoon cocktails. The Tommy Bahama themed living room is perfect for those nights in when you want to get cozy and watch a movie with the family. It also has an oversized sofa bed to accommodate up to two more people comfortably. The dining room seats eight easily while the bar can accommodate up to four more conveniently. The kitchen has been freshly renovated with new cabinets, quartz counter tops and brand-new state-of-the-art appliances. It comes fully equipped and has all the necessary tools to create your own culinary masterpieces to share with family and friends.

The master suite includes a king sized bed and its own master bathroom complete with a walk in closet, oversized bathtub and sink vanity that are in separate areas of the room. It also has its own private balcony where you can take a break to listen and watch the ebb and flow of the waves washing up on the gorgeous sugary white sand beaches of the Emerald Coast. 

The queen guest bedroom continues the Tommy Bahama inspired furnishings that includes a sitting chair and a beautiful wooden bookcase and a wall mounted flat screen television with DVD player for your entertainment. 

The third bedroom has two full sized beds and a dresser and also includes a wall mounted television and DVD player for you to enjoy. There is a second full bathroom with tub and shower combination for both guest bedrooms to share.    

Beachside One, with a newly decorated lobby, sits directly on the beach just steps away along the beach boardwalk. The building offers its guests free WiFi, a seasonally-heated pool and a fitness room for everyone to enjoy.

On those nights that you want to enjoy an evening out, the Village at Baytowne Wharf offers a variety of restaurants from fine dining to pizza, sushi and more. Or catch the latest movie at Grand Boulevard's ten-screen cinema. The Baytowne Marina is a great way to spend an afternoon and enjoy lunch or catch a sunset. Sandestin's 2400 acres includes over five miles of paved trails for jogging and bicycling, a nature walk area, three world class golf courses. We just returned from a last minute vacation to the Destin area. When booking last minute I do not have the highest expectation, however, from the moment we opened the door we were so excited about the opportunity to stay in this very lovely accommodation. We walked in to a bright, well decorated vacation home. There was plenty of room for my family, the kitchen was well stocked and the beautiful white sands were right in view.
Communication was top notch as far as how to access the condominium, it was easy to get around and the information available on the App was helpful for the entire group.
Just to keep things on the real, there were a couple things that were outdated but I can see where there is an effort to keep things up to date.
Our entire group had a fantastic time and I will definitely plan to stay at this location again.

They could not have been more helpful. We had a baby with us and asked if we could get into the unit early due to nap time. They were able to accommodate us. The unit was spotless. The views incredible.

This is a very nice unit. There are several issues I plan to discuss with management about the unit. I will recommend this unit to others, as long as the issues are addressed. There was mold in the dishwasher and apparently it doesn't work properly. Also, mold in the ceiling in the bathroom.

We loved the unit so much that we’ve already booked it for next winter.
The staff with Platinum Services are fantastic! Very friendly, helpful and responsive no matter what.
My only suggestion would be that it’s definitely time for the couch to be replaced, and new cushions for the living room chairs. Not comfy at all.
The beds, however, are very comfortable.

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo had plenty of space and everything we needed for 2 couples and lots of kids. The corner location was perfect. We enjoyed both balconies and the short walk to the beach. The property itself (not the individual condo) could use a little attention. My son got stuck in the elevator and it took quite a bit for maintenance to show up to assist the firefighters. That elevator was then shut down for 2 days after that leaving the entire 15 story building to use 1 elevator. It was about a 10-15 minute wait for the elevator during that time. My other son cut his foot on a broken tile in the hot tub.
