Experience this stunning 12th-floor Gulf-front condo at the Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort—Beachside II. This two-bedroom, two-bath unit offers guests plenty of space to enjoy a stylish vacation. Located in the best view column on the 12th floor, you'll be treated to fabulous sunsets from your balcony.

The fully-equipped kitchen features white cabinets and countertops accented with beautiful stainless steel appliances. The dining room comfortably seats six, perfect for enjoying meals together.

The spacious Master suite boasts an entire wall of windows offering stunning water views, a king-sized bed, and a TV. Step out onto the balcony directly from the Master suite to enjoy the ocean breeze. The large private bathroom features a shower to complete your luxurious retreat. The beautifully decorated second bedroom features a King-sized bed, a TV, and a walk-in shower. For additional guests, a queen-sized sleeper sofa in the living room provides extra accommodation.

Beachside Two sits directly on the beach, just steps away from the beach boardwalk. The building offers guests WiFi, a seasonally-heated pool with a grill at the pool deck, an exercise room, and covered parking.

When you're ready to dine out, head to The Village at Baytowne Wharf, offering an outstanding array of restaurants from fine dining to pizza and sushi. Catch the latest movie at Grand Boulevards' new ten-screen cinema or enjoy a cocktail while watching a sunset at the Baytowne Marina. We stayed here for a convention held next-door at the Hilton. Very close, and just a walk away. The golf cart was wonderful and came in very handy for short excursions across the bay. Wonderful host and we thank you for sharing your condo with us.

The condo was perfect for our family of 4. The pool and beach are ashore elevator ride away. The golf cart was a great, fun addition to our weekend.
The unit was clean and had what we needed. It does need an overall upgrade on minor things like cable wiring, baseboard paint, etc but this didn't affect our stay at all.

Overall we had a great experience. Walking in and waking up to the views of the ocean were amazing. The golf cart was one of our deciding factors in choosing this property and I'm glad we did. You are able to access the Baytown Warf using the tunnel that crosses under highway 98 and more shopping and food areas close by with it. We have been visiting the Destin area for the past 6 years and this is one of our favorite locations yet.

Our stay at 4321 Beachside Two was fabulous. The condo was beautifully decorated, clean, and spacious. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen. Was happy to find a Keurig, cutting boards, pots, pans, wine glasses, and even Tupperware so we could take lunch to the beach. The only thing missing were clothes hangers. We had 1 in each bdrm. The view was glorious. We enjoyed our own happy hour on the balcony each day. The golf cart took our vacation up several notches. We had some minor difficulties with Platinum Vacations such as: Not getting the gate code in advance to enter the condo parking lot, unable to download the Hospitality app; and not being able to speak to a Platinum staff member. No one is available after 5pm or weekends, but they did have an afterhour answering service if you had an emergency. Perhaps the app would have provided more info, but we couldn't access it. Our air conditioner went out on our last morning (Sunday) and I left a message. There was not an opportunity to speak to anyone. Platinum did do a good job with the online paperwork and was efficient providing good check out instructions. After 4 days I contacted Platinum to inquire about the security deposit refund since no communication was sent. I received a prompt response and got my refund within hours.

Overall we had a great stay. They could us some improvement in getting it ready for the next customer. The door knob fell off which I will say they fixed right away. The coffee pot had moldy grounds in it from the last stay. Why wouldn't you check that during the make ready!!The electrical plug in the 2nd bathroom didn't work which made it hard getting ready. All the beach chairs were rusted out and broken. Just remove them! Headlight was out on the golf cart. The management was always pleasant and tried to fix everything right away. I just feel like they shouldn't find out the problems from the customer, they should find out from the person doing the make ready.

When you first pull into the Sandestin area, it is breath taking. Absolutely beautiful. Then we walked in our condo and it was even better. We enjoyed our entire visit and will be back !

Nice property with great golf view. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Could've been a little cleaner (very dirty under both beds - one even had an old gatorade bottle.) The golf cart broke down the first night so we had to push it back, but the owners were good about providing a replacement the next day. The puzzle was fun although it was missing a few pieces. Loved the Village of Baytowne Wharf!

However the golf cart was an embarrassment. If the golf cart had anything to do with the price, we should get refunded. It was the worst one in the parking deck.had to be from the 80’s. We used it once at night and we almost died several times. Every time you push on the gas pedal the lights go out. We had several honks from other residents.
Other than the near death experience with the golf cart we would definitely come back. Just update or retire that poor deplorable g cart.

we loved the condo and were generally very happy with it. The master bedroom mattress needs replacement - its lumpy and sagging. Also the outdoor furniture could use come cleaning/replacement. It would have been nice to have some more hangers and a box of tissues and some coffee filters. Overall very nice place

Overall we had a great stay! Fantastic location with all the amenities around us. Only area I was a little disappointed in was lack of beach gear (ie beach chairs, that weren't rusted out beach towels. As well as a lack of some of the basic amenities (coffee filters, garbage bags, only had 1 back up, salt & pepper)... I have done lots of condo rentals along the Florida coast and those are usually items included. But again all in all it was great getaway for all of us!

Overall we had a great stay! Fantastic location with all the amenities around us. It’s very old, shakes, makes noise, hard to turn and lights are very dim. This thing should have been retired 15 years ago. Loved the condo, but a lot of what we like to do is go out at night and it didn’t feel very safe. We visit often and would probably book the condo again but not until the golf cart is upgraded.

The location is great! Enjoyed the Village for shopping and dining. I would suggest anyone coming that they bring washing & dishwasher detergent. They leave only 2 of washing and one for dishwasher. The Condo is very nice with a great view. Also, there is no one on site to answer your questions.

The location is great! Enjoyed the Village for shopping and dining. I would suggest anyone coming that they bring washing & dishwasher detergent. They leave only 2 of washing and one for dishwasher. The Condo is very nice with a great view. Also, there is no one on site to answer your questions.

We stayed here for spring break. We have a family of five and everything was great. The views were fantastic. Location was awesome being right on the beach. Pool was perfect for the kids when they were not at the beach. The kids also got a lot of use out of the basketball courts that are on the property too.

Having the golf cart to use was a plus. The lights did not work on the cart, but once we contacted the management company they brought over a new golf cart right away.

Would definitely come back to this same place and would highly recommend.

We stay in Sandestin every summer and each year for various reasons we seem to get different condo rentals. This condo overall was the nicest we have stayed in. The beds are comfortable which is super important. It had a brand new pull out sofa sleeper. It was beautifully decorated. They give you a more than sufficient amount of towels and it has a full size washer and dryer to use. The kitchen has everything anyone would need if they do alot of their own cooking while there. It has a full size Keurig and a separate coffee maker if you prefer that. Beautfully decorated and a great view of the gulf. Only complaint is the water pressure is super high and cannot be adjusted but some folks would love that.

Great condo for two couples with two queen beds and two full baths. Clean, updated furniture, adequate kitchen. Can't beat the location right on beach and we liked balcony views from 12th floor. Soft white sand, warm ocean breezes, great golf courses onsite. Welcome basket had good local suggestions. Gated designated covered parking for this building was always available despite Memorial Day rush. SanDestin resort prepared well for the crowds with security and extra staff. Codes for pool, gates, room made it easy to come and go without keeping up with keys/key cards. Only suggestion is that throw rugs in unit are slightly worn and shedding, but that is an easy fix. Compared to other vacation rentals over the years, this one was excellent. We will definitely choose this unit again.

It was very easy to book and communication from the rental agency was outstanding! We were surprised upon check in to find the unit pretty dirty. Floors were sticky and sinks were dirty. The entire unit could just use a little TLC (cracks in walls, paint scuffs everywhere, cracks over frames of doors, etc.) We had friends staying just a few floors above us, and they paid about the same rate, and their condo was immaculate! Beautiful views and a very safe location!

This beautiful condo was right on the beach overlooking the ocean. It was so much nicer than what we had anticipated. We did not know where we were going once we got there, but the security staff was very friendly and helpful. We can't wait to go back.

We rented for a three night mini-vacation. The unit was very clean with modern dcor. The location was fabulous! I would highly recommend this location. Wish we could have stayed longer. Fun in the sun!

Beautiful rental with an equally beautiful view. Nicely appointed. Good assortment of kitchen appliances, tableware, even enough dish soap and trash bags. We would have enjoyed bar stools as we like to cook and gather in kitchen. Ice maker in building was convenient for our daily trips to the beach. Building renovations were ongoing on other building but did not interfere in our side and will ultimately enhance the property. Plenty of covered parking to stay out of sun. Beach view provided sightings of dolphin, turtles and schools of fish. Easy access to shuttle to wharf, golf and running trails. Property management appears to take pride in their service as we had a very quick response to a minor repair. Management also provided nice starter items such as soap, laundry detergent, plenty of toilet paper, dish soap and paper towels. Can't wait to come back!!

I truely enjoyed staying here, mainly because of the pet allowance. We both enjoyed it very much.
There was the issue with the elevators, but they were new and still being updated. It happens at the best of places. Its just part of maintenence.
