I loved how spacious the condo was, this unit was right next door to the pool! The beach was not far to get to and wasn’t a long walk once you did get there by golf cart, which was such a huge plus for us with having smaller kids. I will definitely be booking this exact condo again next time I’m planning a beach trip!

All the kids and grandkids gathered again for our annual summer family trip. Weather was perfect and as always the staff from Platinum Vacations was there to help whenever we needed them. Overall we were very pleased with the rental property, our only issue was the distance to the beach and we had to fix where the golf cart charged. Upon arriving we noticed that the golf cart would be plugged up to charge overnight but wouldn’t charge so the people we were with ended up figuring out the problem and fixing it.

Upon arrival immediately noticed the table in the living was broken, there was dirt on the floors by the couch and under the curtains in the living room. The bedding in one of the bedrooms has large holes in it, there was an extension cord running along the wall and out the window to charge the golf cart but we were threatened with a ticket if we didn’t remove a towel that was hanging over the porch to dry. The house could use a hood cleaning and updated.

We stayed here in 2021 and loved it. So when we decided to go again we booked it again. That was a bad idea within 20 minutes of being there we saw 3 roaches. We also noticed that the kitchen counter was cracked and the master shower valve was turned so you had trouble figuring out how to get hot water. The master shower still drained slow had very little water pressure but it seemed to have gotten worse. The door to the rear porch does not stay closed because the door handle is stuck so the only way to keep it closed it to use the deadbolt. This was a great place in 2021 but I don’t think we will be staying here again. The resort is awesome and there is a lot to do for everyone. By the time we were leaving we had killed around 14 roaches and the management had sent someone out to spray for them but they were still coming.

Our family vacation at 5259 Tivoli by the Sea was very enjoyable. Our group included 2 families plus grandparents. (6 adults and 5 children). The house was spacious with plenty of room for all of us the beds were comfortable, although the trundle was not made up and we had to search for the bedding. We spent most of our time at the beach. The golf cart really came in handy for getting us and our beach gear to the beach. Due to the Corona virus we did not venture out much beyond that. We did find grocery stores Fairly close and did most of our meals at the house. We really enjoyed our stay!

The rental was excellent there was just a few minor cleaning issues That was handed immediately By housekeeping. The only thing that I feel needs to be changed out is the master bathroom tub it has some yellow staining that won’t come out other than that our overall stay was wonderful. Management was excellent overall and easy to communicate with.

My wife and I had a great time celebrating her birthday with our friends at this perfect sized/located condo. Having the golf cart to tote our beach supplies was a huge plus. The resort is quiet and conveniently located to the beach and various restaurants. The only issue we had was a broken shower door but the management promptly responded.

The facility was excellent we enjoyed our time. Convenient to the pool and easy access to the beach. We have in the Sandestin resort many times before. The kids loved the upstairs. I would definitely recommend this unit and the rental company. May not come back in June. Too many people

The facility was excellent we enjoyed our time. Convenient to the pool and easy access to the beach. We have in the Sandestin resort many times before. The kids loved the upstairs. I would definitely recommend this unit and the rental company. May not come back in June. Too many people

If you would please share with me what suggestions you have for improving in these areas? I always aim to please and did not realize there were some issues. I can correct anything if I am aware. You are our eyes and ears for the several months you reside in the villa and we rely on you sharing if there is an issue. We would love to stay a few days in the villa so that we can get the full picture however; this rarely happens. I will be happy to share your recommendations with the owner. He really listens to what his guest suggest. So much that he has agreed to purchase a new sofa for one of the other units he owns just to accommodate the winter guest. There is nothing wrong with the current sofa but sometimes it is difficult to stand for some since it is lower to the ground. Without hesitation this owner purchased a new sofa when he could have chosen not too.

Overall good. Unit was as described. Everything working well in the unit. All dishes were put away dirty before we arrived. Cleaning crew needs to inspect the dishes as part of inspection.

Wow, I wish I had known about the dishes. That is not acceptable from our housekeeping staff. Please in the future give the office a call if you should experience any housekeeping or maintenance issues. We do not stay in the viilas so our guest are our eyes. Pictures would be great if possible so I can clearly show the housekeeper the problem. We would have certainly called the cleaners back if we had known. On another note, we are very pleased you enjoyed your visit to Sanderstin. This is a great villa for a family to enjoy and the location is perfect.

The unit was in good condition, everything running properly and clean. We had a few items missing, like spoons, big skillet, and light bulbs. The Platinum crew took care of these issues promptly. The only real negative with the unit was the steps. It's an upstairs unit with about 15 steps. Not so good when carrying in groceries, golf clubs, or luggage. All things considered, we really enjoyed our stay!

My family of 8 truly loved our Tivoli rental. What a beautiful home, clean, decorated beautifully, spacious. The three bedrooms with T.V.'s were very nice, the family room was big enough for all of us to see movies at night. The screened in porch was a bonus. The kitchen with Chantal cookware, utensils, appliances were top notch. Almost made us want to save more and cook indoors. Had everything you need, the plates, cups, enough for our large group. The upstairs 6 bed bunkroom with T.V. was awesome for the kids. We were the end unit so right next door to the pool that was open all night. Very safe and pretty resort. We went with the Tivoli neighborhood as it is on the beachside and within walking distance to the beach, 12 minutes toting the 3-year old and kids. Walk with hubby alone only took 8 minutes. We cut through the Elephant Walk and were on the white sugary beautiful sand in no time. The private beach access is just wonderful for the Sandestin guests. The extra gated security guards made us feel extra safe and we walked all over. The tram passed right in front of our door so we took that several times and it dropped us off right at the Elephant Walk, beach front. Just a great location, great unit, again very clean, spacious and one of the nicest high-end units we have stayed in, much better than any condo or hotel. The space is exactly the peace and comfort we needed for a great vacation with the entire family. Thanks to the team at Platinum for making our summer vacation great. We will be staying here again for our summer Destin tradition.
