Excellent property location, amenities all work, everything was updated and newer than other properties we’ve visited. Property management was very responsive and communicated well. A few things needed maintenance but still worked, although not as well, notified management and they responded immediately. Property was cleaned generally well except for a countertop but that was easily remedied. Overall I would stay at this property again, and would use this rental management again. Thank you for a great experience.

This villa has been a perfect set up for our winter getaway dream. Rooms were spacious, clean and very comfortable. Loved that there were 3 full bathrooms for each of the guest bedrooms and that there was a large closets and cabinets to store things in and a laundry with a utility sink as well. The kitchen was very well stocked with all the amenities we needed in order to prepare our meals for 2 or larger groups. The balcony is large and spacious, except in the winter months it's in the shade majority of the time and Hwy 98 traffic is somewhat noisy. Ground level access is a plus/plus for the elderly people. The 6-person golf cart was nice as it made getting around the resort simple and convenient. The neighborhood was quiet and quaint and the pool patio right next to villa was our go-to place for the afternoon sun. We hung out mostly in the Sandestin Resort as there were plenty of places to eat, shop, etc. We especially enjoyed driving the golf cart to Publix so that we didn't have to get on the busy Hwy 98 to get our groceries; go to movie theater; or to Happy Hour specials; not to mention the Gulf Coast beach. You literally don't have to leave the resort to enjoy yourself. Finally, having Nicole as our property manager was truly a blessing. We didn't need to contact her often, but when we did, she typically answered the phone almost immediately and acted on our needs or requests within minutes. That's pretty much unheard of these days of electronic devices eliminating a real, caring person.

Thank you for making our first blended family vacation a huge success. My husband and I each have children, two grown and one child, in addition to our 2 year old grandson. All of the adults had plenty of privacy and space and the littles had plenty of room to play. Kitchen is stocked with plenty of cookware, dishes and utensils. Plenty of towels were available and the laundry room had state of the art appliances. With this unit being near the pool, it wasn’t a long walk for the littles which made our lives easier! We super loved having the huge balcony. We are all our meals out there and weren’t bothered by bugs at all. Platinum staff were all helpful, informative, pleasant and patient. We would rent this property again or try another through Platinum. Thanks Platinum and thank you to the owners for thinking of everything that could make a vacation home comfortable.
